Good location. Extreamly small room, but well cleaned.
Friendly staff, but with poor English
Smell of mold was terrible. Door in the shower was not protecting the water from flooding whole floor in the bathroom. Bed was very small, all furnitures are very old. The window was not possible to be closed, so noise from very crowdy street was not decreased anyhow. Moreover there was no sunlight getting to the room due to small window coming directly to the wall.

Big problem with parking! - hotel says there is public parking nearby, but it was basicly non-existent, full all the time... If its not reserved for guest, they shouldn't say it in the description!

Location was good
Building has very old elevator. Manual doors, so it has to alway be closed. If someone forgets to close it then will not work, so will have to take stairs, and hotel is on 3rd floor so many flights of stairs.

Excellent location surrounded by all of the attractions! Very friendly staff that was super helpful! The room was clean and smelled great. Will def stay again when in Palermo!
It was kind of noisey BUT NOT complaining. Ear plugs will do the trick if you need complete silence while resting!

Good location, clean facilities, has AC.
Our room smelled very badly of sewage, when we told the staff they said there was nothing they could do, would not give partial refund, and told us to message booking.com instead. They put some bleach down our toilet which made our room smell of bleach and sewage for the night. Also the walls are so thin you could hear everything through them so we were woken up lots in the night. The staff did not speak English so couldnt help us with locating things around Palermo. Lastly this is an extremely old building so lots of random stairs and very narrow hallways and elevator so definitely not suitable for disabled/handicapped.

The location was great, right in the city center + the bathroom was nice, clean and new as well
There was only one queen sized bed and also a balcony in the photos and also in the reservation, but the reality was different. They were 5 beds, so there really was no space to move around the room and instead of a balcony we got a window with a view of another persons window, so that was really disappointing.
