The hotell is clean, silent and the staff was friendly. Bus stop to city is near (from and to airport and to Mondello beach too). Using buses is easy.
The breakfast is not worth of four stars. It was very, very modest. The location of the hotell is so far from city center, that you have to use bus or taxi if going there.

Location is a plus and minus. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area but close enough to walk (15-20 min)
Beds are comfortable. Clean except the dirt day I had sheets that were stained with blood.
The staff was a mixed bag. One of the guys on the lobby answered our questions but seemed annoyed by them. The main guy(older) at breakfast was super friendly. Asked if we wanted eggs (they only put out a little and they were gone) so we asked for a fried egg. He brought it. So the second day when the eggs were gone we asked again for eggs and the younger man acted very incensed that we would ask that of him and started arguing with us. Strange. We are Americans that speak Italian well. We live in Italy. So usually we don’t get the rudeness others complain of.
Breakfast was weird. Only a few eggs were ever there of any at all. One or two pieces of ham. Yogurt selection was very minimal cereal dispensers didn’t work. Not a large or great selection.

friendly staff reasoable choices at breakfast with limited hot food and mainly continental pastrie, cheese and ham. Coffee and tea made on request. We asked for a restaurant recommendation from the receptionist as we arrived quite late. The restaurant was LeDop and the pizzas are fabulous. It was less than a 10 minute walk away.
it was further from the city centre than we expected and a greater distance from the railway station. Buses into the centre were regular (No 101 and 102) and not expensive 1.80 euros one way. Ticket should be purchased at a nearby newsagent kisok as not all buses take cash. The choice is 1 day or 90 minute tickets. taxi from railway station cost 25 euros.

- The breakfast rooftop terrace is spectacular
- The manager at the reception was very friendly and helpful
- Clean rooms
- private parking nearby the hotel is closed on Sunday between 11am and 7pm, so you can't pick up the car in this time period - not great if your flight home is on Sunday afternoon.. would have been good to know beforehand.
- some rooms face the main street - it's a bit loud when you open the terrace door and it's not the cleanest air.

Great location, nice room, good breakfast —though a bit pastry heavy and not enough fruit and veggies.
Finding the parking garage was a challenge and its not free.

Nice looking hotel, breakfast was good quality, good location if you like peace and quiet at night. Friendly staff.
Airconditioning was turned off in our room after 9 pm and we could not manually change that, so nights were hot. More savoury and healthy breakfast options would be great.

Set in a nice area, 20 mins walk from the old town. Very close to the airport taxi share drop off and local bus to the central train station.
