Location was in the heart of historic downtown. Everything was in easy walking distance. Staff was great: they accessed my email to print out my boarding pass and called a prearranged taxi to confirm early morning arrival. This relieved anxiety.
Bed could have been softer after a very long plane ride.

Hotel was near to all attractions in Palermo
Breakfast was dissappointment, I would appreciate greater variety of food not only one croissant. Staff was not speaking english only italian. At night there was strange noise coming from hallway we couldnt sleep as if someone was jumping up the stairs and moving furniture.

The rooms are very small, the shower is small - I found other people's hair. The staff must live on the second floor, because I could hear a child crying all the time. Breakfast was just coffee and muffins.
I really disliked the breakfast and the fact that you could hear family noise upstairs. That family is the staff who serve people. It is almost impossible to communicate in English because the staff don't understand or speak much. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Despite the hotel not looking as if it were near any tourist spots, it turned out to be prefectly placed to walk to most tourist spots in the city. We were able to walk to our two hop on hop off bust tours of the city and also were able to wheel out suitcases and bags to the central station to get back to the airport to pick up our hire car. Great quiet comfy hotel with lovely breakfasts and friendly helpful staff. Also a nice terrace to relax

The location was ideal for walking around the city with ease. Close to good street food and many attractions. My bed was made and fresh towels daily.
I paid for private bathroom, however there was non in my room. So I used the shared bathroom which was very near to my room, it was clean so I didnt mind. But no locks on the shower door or main door.

Amazing hotel in center of old Palermo. Very clean and comfortable rooms with balcony, great terrace at 4 th floor, nice and very friendly staff!!!! We will come back!

The location was near a lively street with a market nearby, and quite central in general. Was nice that there was breakfast included. Hotel was good enough and was good for me and my friend. Also wasnt too far from the bus stop to go to the airport (15-20 min walk)

I like the position of it as it's exactly next to the market .
I didnt like the fact that the bathroom toilet was sharing .its a hotel not a bed and breakfast so supposed there was bathroom in the room.

Spotless place to stay in Palermo in the middle of the city, within walking distance of most sights. Sweet breakfast with a fresh croissant, a small bread, and rusks. The shared bathroom was very clean.
We found a parking place in front of the hotel, but parking could in principle be complicated since the hotel is in the limited traffic zone, i.e., cars are not allowed between 8:00-20:00.
