Good city,weather, nature.
Good personal and workers.
Clean.
Good breakfast.
Location is not the best. I recommend owners to put some bus tickets with instructions on the receptions, also put some reliable car rental offers, reliable taxi companies. This will eliminate location issues.
No water in the room.
Sometimes it was noisy.

The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms included great water pressure. Fresh towels and housekeeping daily. The best part was the extensive free breakfast each morning. Our favorite was the delicious cappuccino and pistachio filled croissants.
Some facilities needed fixing. We had a leak in our sink and our bidet did not drain, so we could not use. We also saw a few ants while we were there, so we were sure to keep our luggage closed just in case.

How to start.. we travelled as a family of four for two nights. First of all this is definetely not a four star hotel.
Our room was very old with very aged furnitures..the room door was closing but able to lock.. the hinge was down.. there was a terrace door which was not possible to close due to rusty parts. I requested for another room but they told me there is no other availibilty at that moment. The bed was very old and uncomfortable.Next morning we wanted to check out and requested for reimbursement for the second night but was refused by the hotel reception and manager due to hotel policy. First they told me if booking.com agrees they may refund . after I communicated with booking.com and get confirmation than hotel management told me they never refund due to hotel policy :) and added only thing which they can do is provide us another room. We had such a terrifying night and decided not to stay there any longer and walked away.
The most said thing was the hotel told us with an unpleasant attitude this is what you get .. you may write a comment .. you may call whoever you can... we dont care.. people come here anyway.
This is the only negative feedback which I shared about a hotel in my life.

Very clean, housekeeping staff was very friendly. Nice garden.
There were no windows in the room, so to get fresh air we had to open the door, high humorist, so the door got wet and it was hard to dry it. Floor under shower was very slippery, also there was no curtain or glass door so water was going everywhere in the bathroom, which was annoying. No vegetables for breakfast like tomatoes, cucumbers etc for sandwiches. I recommend going by train if you want to go to city, because buses are not driving as they should and it’s hard to buy a ticket.

Big rooms with very big bathroom with a tub and a shower and other necessary facilities
A little noisy due to some parties
No elevator, but you can manage ad there are only two floors
A little isolated from other facilities like stores and cafe, but you can find some in the vicinity
Can be cold in the bathroom in December

Location is really not satisfying. If you want to go for a walk - only along the road… Even no sidewalk. But if you stay in the hotel just for a night - absolutely ok. 30 min to drive to the airport.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast selection.
There is a huge difference where the room view is: towards the garden or backyard facing blockhouse. If possible choose the garden view.
