The property and room were great. Our view of the breakfast was considered a bit weak. There could have been a bit more to offer and not the same thing everyday.
The breakfast could have been better and a variety each day.

comfortable room with a very comfortable bed/pillows and good space. The bathroom had a small shower but was spacious in size and very well appointed and nicely done. Absolutely beautiful roof top restaurant with breathtaking views of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great central location in one of the main avenues of the city and walking distance to many sites.

Loved the city view from the top of the hotel, where we would have breakfast, and we had dinner up there one evening. Liked that the train station wasn't too far away. It was easy to get to places in the city from this hotel. The staff was excellent!
The bathroom shower was small.

The gentleman and ladies behind the reception desk were most kind and helpful. I also liked very much the breakfast room with its great view and good breakfast. The location of the hotel was good.

There is essentally no lobby. There is a front desk and some shabby chairs. Not the standard for a 4 start hotel. There is only one small evelantor, which after 6pm is taken over by external people going to the rooftop restaurant

We were part of a Rick Steve's tour who choose the same hotel so we didn't want to move and it worked out pretty good.
I never got the AC to work in the room but it was fairly cool so that wasn't an issue. The street at night got extremely noisy. We had a few frinks at the rooftop bar and they were very overpriced.

Perfect location. Walkable to everything in Palermo including train station!Most beautiful sunsets from roof top restaurant … best view in the city and we climbed many churches for comparison. Staff lovely, food delicious and reasonable esp for city center hotel.

The place to eat breakfast, with sun and birds, and the bell of the church, viewing the mountain and cathedral silhouette of Palermo, feel the serenity and calmness!! Great and unexpected experience!
