This property is beautiful, especially the rooftop terrace and the view over Palermo. It had everything you need except for a real espresso machine (it's just a stovetop Bialetti with a well-used bottom pot). Kitchen is little but does the trick. Open the doors to the building into a beautiful entryway and laundry facilities to the side. Elevator works great and takes you to the top floor for this apartment. It has a full living room with a dining area plus dining and relaxation on the terrace. Host met me at the property and gave me instructions. He was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
It was hard to find because the Viccolo/Alley was not marked and some of the lanes that could have gotten my taxi to the right place were blocked with parked cars. Taxi was frustrated. The neighborhood is marked with graffiti just like the rest of Italy, but it seemed like an ok neighborhood. Not great but just ok.

The apartment is centrally located. It is close to many historic points of interest, restaurants and cafes.
The rooftop terrace was lovely, but is on the west side, and it's hot there during the summer.
The shower has a mold problem.

The rooftop terrace was lovely. As the apartment was on the fourth floor, it was nice that there was an elevator to use with our luggage. Our host very kindly arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 5:00am for transport to the airport and gave us a list of recommended restaurants.

Ignazio arranged the taxi from the airport and met us down the street where the taxi dropped us off. Very clean, comfy bed, and perfect location in the historical district. Nice and quiet at night for an open window sleep.

It had all you need for a stay. It was comfortable. It's location was great. It was only 50 yards off of via Mercato, the main restaurant and shopping street in Palermo.
The owner and I had a slight disagreement on booking dates which was resolved in my favor.

The apartment is wonderful. Very clean and safe. It was nice to be able to use the laundry. It has an elevator which was great. Ignacio arranged transportation at a reasonable cost back to the airport. I couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation !!!! It is great place to stay in Palermo.

Excellent location - one can just walk to a number of key attractions in Palermo. The apartment is roomy for a couple, and has a nice small balcony where one can enjoy a glass of wine. Ignazio was very accommodating with both check-in and check-out.

The communication with the host prior to our arrival was easy. They greeted us upon arrival and provided with an overview of the property and the area. We liked the social in vibe to our space. It is centrally located within walking distance to the Cathedral and other tourist attractions.

The street (Vicolo Guascone) is very quiet; that is fundamental, of course. Also, the place is very close to major, important historic sites of Palermo. Also, not far from the sea and from many interesting restaurants, markets ans cafés.
We liked everything; the kitchen was fine but it could definitely have a few more comfortable items (glasses for wine, the owners provided us after asking with a good citrus press for the [awesome] lemons and oranges you find in Sicily). All in all, it was a very comfortable place.

This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Palermo. There are more restaurants than you could ever try within a half mile radius. If you like to walk, there is no need to rent a car. We walked to the botanic garden, Teatro Massimo, and the cathedral. The apartment was very comfortable and clean.
The kitchen is very small with room for only one person, but it was functional.

Lift!! Laundry!! Terrace!! Very comfortable.
We were there four nights with no servicing room. Had to request more toilet paper. Also requested two extra pillows as apt. Provides only two. Owner very responsive to our requests. Near train station. Owner arranged transport to airport.
