The apartment is wonderful. Very clean and safe. It was nice to be able to use the laundry. It has an elevator which was great. Ignacio arranged transportation at a reasonable cost back to the airport. I couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation !!!! It is great place to stay in Palermo.
I liked everything about the property.

Excellent location - one can just walk to a number of key attractions in Palermo. The apartment is roomy for a couple, and has a nice small balcony where one can enjoy a glass of wine. Ignazio was very accommodating with both check-in and check-out.

The communication with the host prior to our arrival was easy. They greeted us upon arrival and provided with an overview of the property and the area. We liked the social in vibe to our space. It is centrally located within walking distance to the Cathedral and other tourist attractions.

The street (Vicolo Guascone) is very quiet; that is fundamental, of course. Also, the place is very close to major, important historic sites of Palermo. Also, not far from the sea and from many interesting restaurants, markets ans cafés.
We liked everything; the kitchen was fine but it could definitely have a few more comfortable items (glasses for wine, the owners provided us after asking with a good citrus press for the [awesome] lemons and oranges you find in Sicily). All in all, it was a very comfortable place.

This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Palermo. There are more restaurants than you could ever try within a half mile radius. If you like to walk, there is no need to rent a car. We walked to the botanic garden, Teatro Massimo, and the cathedral. The apartment was very comfortable and clean.
The kitchen is very small with room for only one person, but it was functional.

Lift!! Laundry!! Terrace!! Very comfortable.
We were there four nights with no servicing room. Had to request more toilet paper. Also requested two extra pillows as apt. Provides only two. Owner very responsive to our requests. Near train station. Owner arranged transport to airport.

Beautiful Terrace for breakfast and drinks. Location was fantastic in middle of everything. We were able to store our luggage on the last day.
Nothing - only thing we didnt realise was there is a wash room on ground floor but wasnt a big issue.

This was a surprisingly quiet location. We really loved it. The neighbors are super nice and say hello as you pass by. The city can get chaotic but the beautiful terrace is an oasis. I want to stress, the terrace, the view is best described as "romantic". At night we slept like babies. The whole apartment was Very comfortable and it made our vacation so much better to stay here.
There could be some simple basics like salt and pepper and olive oil in the kitchen. But other than that, it was all quite fine. We got bread, cheese, fruit and prosecco and had lovely picnics outside.

We liked the fact that the apartment was only ten or fifteen minutes walk from most of the tourist sites in Palermo. The flat is simply furnished in an attractive and eclectic style. We found it was very comfortable for the most part . We appreciated having a lift in the building.
There was a distinct smell from the drains in the bathroom from time to time.

The location was very central, within easy walking distance to everything, yet very quiet. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. Bed extremely comfortable. Water in the fridge on arrival. Lift available. Owner facilitated some special requests.
Don't let your first impressions of the neighbourhood put you off. The area was totally safe walking around at night. Nothing to not like.
