This apartment was well situated in a side street off the main tourist area and within easy access to the station. There were all the mod cons and access to washing machine. The owner was very helpful and provided advice on local restaurants etc.

Perfect apartment conveniently located between Palermo Centrale and the historic centre. Very comfortable, spacious apartment with cute terrace. Lift access. Wonderful host. Would certainly stay here again
The kitchen is too small to be really useable for cooking but perfect for most travellers who just want to perhaps prepare simple dishes or make espresso.

Everything clean , pleasant, and functional Even an elevator! Friendly and helpful owner/manager, who gave us excellent eating tips. Note that this is a very old neighborhood-- actually the old Jewish ghetto -- and you may bask, as we did, in the historic "vibe."
We loved the ancient neighborhood, so near the most important sights. Some people might be a little put off by the somewhat run down aspect of the setting.

Beautiful modern apartment with elegant terrace. Decorated in industrial-style furniture that was well refurbished. Great bathroom and shower. Very tiny kitchen that was adequate for breakfast at home.
The pillows on the bed are too thin.

Great location, a hundred metres from Via Maqueda which is where all the action in terms of Food and Bars. The apartment itself is very spacious with a Living Room, Bedroom, Bathroom and separate Kitchen. Just has a very relaxed feel about it. Has an Elevator which is great for Luggage and there is a Laundry on the Ground Floor for guests to use with a Washing Machine and Ironing Board. Also a 5 minute walk to the Central Railway Station.

I travel quite a bit and have stayed in a LOT of places in different cities/lands: hotels, AirBnBs, resorts, rental flats, etc. I rarely find a place that gets top marks on all criteria. The Viocolo Guascone is the rare exception. It's a simple flat but extremely well-designed and super comfortable. Good-sized rooms with A/C units in the living room and bedroom. Walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Modern bathroom. Small but decent kitchen; given the great food options all around, the kitchen isn't really a priority. The location is fantastic; quiet alley within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions, very hip & lively Kalsa district, and bus/train station.

The location was perfect .Close for walking from station to all we wanted to see in Palermio whilst still being tucked away in a quiet little street.
Really no suggestions.everything was more than satisfactory.
