The breakfast room and breakfast were very good staff was excellent
The hotels location is well placed and close to various restaurants' sites and shopping areas.
There is a good bar but only one food venue although there is room service
Palermo is a city which requires you to be aware of your location at all times. Having said this I have never been or felt unsafe. Each time I visit I see a physical change for the better as the government restores old buildings and installs new infrastructure

central location, lovely staff who helped with restaurants and sights, the room was generous size and typical of older, european style hotels. Nice bar and easy access to everything in Palermo.
Everything easy and good -- as advertised exactly. It's old-fashioned, but we like that style.

The old world atmosphere you felt like a princess being there. The staff all wore uniforms and were all very gracious especially David, but the front. Everybody the housekeeping service the bill hops out front, just everybody. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding our afternoon teas
I saw that people made bad comments while I was researching the hotel that the furniture and everything was owed, and the facility wasn’t modern, but that was the charm about the place. It seriously was outstanding and the most kind people they made our awesome… nothing bad to say about this place.

We come to your Palermo hotel once a year. We love the location and we really love your staff.
When we first started coming to your location, we loved everything. Unfortunately, your quality has declined in the past few years for example we can tell the difference in the breakfast assortments we also noticed a change in your mattress where you now have memory foam, which is not very comfortable. Your pillows are actually terrible and not comfortable at all. we often stay at five-star hotels and we expect better quality than what’s going on now.

Convenient location. Hotel was beautiful as pictured. Staff was all very friendly. Had a wonderful time. The lobby is beautifully decorated. Enjoyed having glass of Rose before heading out to dinner. The concierge was great with valeting the car for us and having it ready when we requested. I’ve visited Palermo 3x and this was by far my best stay. Would recommend and stay again!
