Very friendly hotel staff all around. Superb clean rooms, bed was comfy. Gym was huge and well equipped compared to many other hotels. Elegant hotel outfit and walking distance to the centre. The valet service for our car was brilliant. Did not have to bother looking for a parking which is a nightmare. Price for valet at 30 euros per day is reasonable. Overall an excellent stay.
The breakfast was good with fresh products. But no surprises here, everything was standard continental. I missed the special touch which would have distinguished the hotel's breakfast from any other hotel.

The bed was extremely comfortable
Breakfast- totally disorganised. When people leave they dont lay for the next so you wait for a table. When shown to your table no one asks about coffee, water, fruit juice or even cooked breakfast although there is a menu on the table. You had to help yourself or chase staff.

Best breakfast anywhere! Also, great specialty drinks at the downstairs Mixology Bar. Gorgeous property, especially the artwork and sculptures! Concierge was very helpful.
While the bedroom in our suite was advertised as a "separate room", it was separate, but had no door, so there was no privacy. AC was just passable and not what one would expect at a 5 star hotel (However, to the hotel's credit they graciously discounted the room)

Beautiful surroundings, historical significance and most of all the incredibly helpful, friendly staff. The restaurant served delicious food and we really enjoyed The Italian Twist menu.
