Very Good
Faded glory in many ways but distinctive and well-kept. Beautiful old building and nice breakfast.
Not particularly welcoming. Bar was closed for no apparent reason.

Excellent location, very convenient, right in the middle of everything. Outside the bustle of crowds and buskers, inside peace and quiet. Our room was very comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful, the concierges were helpful when needed. We loved the ambience- walking through the salons with their elaborate architecture, chandeliers, antiques and period art, we really felt the history of the palazzo. We couldn’t have been happier.

Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. Room was rather small, but the location was ideal, near many top sites abnd good restaurants.
Internet was very weak. I had to make an important international phone call and the signal was too weak for me to hear the other party or for them to hear me. The call kept getting dropped and I had to try multiple times, finally coming down to the lobby/reception area where the signal was a little better. But this should not be the case in a hotel as highly rated as this one.

Wonderful
Excellent location near restaurants, churches and Palermo's attractions. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Complementary sparkling wine available in the lobby until about 7:30pm. Very good buffet breakfast. Comfortable beds. Walk-in shower was a bit dark but had excellent water pressure and lots of hot water. Large living room with a good size dining table. We did not eat at the restaurant.

The hotel is a historic building with renovated rooms furnished with traditional furniture. Excellent location, next to Quatto, right at the center with walking distance to all the historical sites. We stayed at the presidential suite, which has a very large living room, dinning area and kitchen. Both bedrooms has large queen/king size bed, and its own bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. The suite is equipped with air conditioning plus windows for sunlight and natural air. Beautiful rooftop patios and restaurant are excellent for relaxing. Good buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff who managed to prepare and deliver in-room breakfast due to our late arrival in the morning. Highly recommend the hotel when visiting Palermo.

Keys of room is simular to bicycle lock key, i wonder how hard it is to make copy to access the room,anyone can access the elevator, no card needed.The bar was closed because of some repairs, the elevator to my room was out of service soon after i arrive.Lots of noise from the street until 2am,balkany door could be better isolated to prevent this.they started renevations on the floor above me 8 in the morning, but they offered me another room after i complained. But overall when you have a storage room key or a bicycle key to you room you dont feel safe for your stuff when you are away

Great location in center of historic district but hard to get to with car and only few reservations for parking. Great dinner upstairs and breakfast was best we had in Sicily. Thoroughly enjoyed hotel and its ambiance.staff was very helpful.

The location of this hotel is super convenient and in the middle of everything. We had a little terrace that was convenient, and the room was comfortable and had old world charm. About a 14 min walk to central train and bus station.
This is a busy hotel with lots of rooms. The check in took a little longer than other places but we understand it was a busy time of year.

The location is perfect to see all of the historical areas in Palermo as well as close to shops, restaurants, and walking distance from the train. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Wonderful
Excellent hotel in a perfect location right in the heart of the Old Town. The service was very friendly and professional. The room was quite small and didn’t really have a view (the windows faced an internal wall), but it was clean and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful - very diverse and delicious.
The double bed consisted of two separate beds pushed together, which tended to slide apart during the night. That was slightly uncomfortable.
