The location is perfect to see all of the historical areas in Palermo as well as close to shops, restaurants, and walking distance from the train. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location right in the heart of the Old Town. The service was very friendly and professional. The room was quite small and didn’t really have a view (the windows faced an internal wall), but it was clean and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful - very diverse and delicious.
The double bed consisted of two separate beds pushed together, which tended to slide apart during the night. That was slightly uncomfortable.

This is a classic old school beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Very well appointed grand style hotel. Rooms are a bit small, but bathroom adequate. The view and classic experience makes up for it.
The bed could have been a little bit softer.

Superb location at the very center of Palermo. Most sites were walking distance.
Room was tired looking and bathroom, especially the shower, was old and very small.

Breakfast was amazing. Great selection of a variety of hot and cold foods. Cannolis were delicious! Breakfast rooms are beautiful, floor to ceiling elegance. Hotel is in a very central location. Walkable to everything.
Room was a bit small. Bed was very hard. I would suggest a room not off the front of the building due to noise.

This beautiful hotel was very centrally located. The antique decor was lovely in the main rooms.

Room was roomy. Good AC. The front desk staff and house-keeping staff was very professional and helpful. Excellent front desk staff.
Personally I don't like the showers that you have to do "by hand", without a permanent shower head. The bed was comfortable but not great. The breakfast was good, but if you were ONE minute past their breakfast time, they didn't allow you to grab some food.

The location is perfectly in the middle of the historical center and a walking distance to literally anything
The staff is very friendly and welcoming
The authentic interiors and the rooms spaces with comfortable beds
The location comes at a price, especially that we were there during Christmas, it gets loud at night. But again that wasn’t much of a problem
The physical room keys match the place’s authentic design, however is a bit limiting where you have to hand the key over to the receptionist every time you decide to go out.
