Disappointing
The sink was broke. The kichen had 20 plates and 0 other dishes. Beds and pillows were super uncomfortable. The stuff doesn't speak English. High price for low value.

Great location, it's literally 1-2 minutes away from the train station. The room was clean.
The furniture and facilities are outdated and could use some renovation. We also noticed cockroaches in the bathroom late at night and early in the morning. We saw them in the building’s hallways as well, so it may be a broader issue with the building rather than just the apartment. I would recommend keeping your luggage closed. Overall, the place is acceptable for a one-night stay mainly because of its location.

I loved how friendly and helpful they were! Franco showed us the best restaurant down the street and we ate there twice! The room was big too and we had a great stay! They also let us keep our baggage there awhile after we checked out so we could finish touring before the evening when we were leaving.
Sometimes it’s hard to find a receptionist because they are somewhere else, but you can call Franco or if someone is there cleaning you can find someone to help.

Location is convenient, closed to the central station
Many things malfunction, bathroom accessories, shampoos shelf, towel hanger are just glued to the wall. My friend’s room is bigger but doesn’t have a refrigerator, a bottle of water and shampoo but my room has. Breakfast is inconsistent. One day had croissants the other day ran out, not enough for all guests. Internet does not work in the morning. Staff barely speak english.

The place is very centric just a few meters away from the Palermo Central station and tram. The price includes breakfast, too.
There was this noise from the toilet that keeps on trikling. And you can hear other guests from another rooms.

The propery was close to the bus and railway station.
It was really hard to find, but that wasn't the biggest issue with it. All nigh kids were makeing a horrible noise outside, that no one could sleep, not even with all the windows closed. The rooms' seen better days, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired, but for 1 night it was okish.... The breakfast was some store bought snacks, not the best quality - bu the coffee was good.

It is only 2 minutes walk to Palermo Centrale.
It seems that things in the bathroom were falling apart. The thin cheap plastic toilet seat wouldn’t stay in place; it slipped to one side when one sat on it. Breakfast was not so appealing.

The breakfast was great, croissant, juices, toasted bread, butter, jelly, milk and different kinds of cookies, desserts and coffee. The location was wonderful, near to the station, very convenient for traveling. The staff was very helpful and kind. There is also a nice restaurant downstairs.

Nothing. It was terrible and filthy
Cockroaches in bathroom and kitchen. Broken furniture and floor tile.Clogged shower drain. No cleaning. Broken stair rails.
