The room is comfortable and has all the necessary amenities.
I like a the location, close to the historic center and especially to via Roma and the Opera house.
The possibility to have breakfast for free in a nearby cafe is a good addition.
I would have given a 10 if the WiFi had worked and if they had announced me earlier how to proceed with having the breakfast because I missed it in the first morning

We were provided guidance from Noemi since our arrival at the hotel. She gave us also useful tips for dining. The hotel is very central, 6 min from Teatro Massimo walking distance.

clogged shower, you have to wait for the water to drain while showering
breakfast is not worth it, you go to a cafe that is not very close and only get a coffee and a pastry so you can buy it yourself for less money

Access to historical center by foot
Accommodation proposed with Parking option but the reality is that it is impossible to park the car in the street and the garage recommended by the landlord is full. You are left with no option than to park illegally with cops touring around.
Same for breakfast : a voucher for a crappy breakfast (one drink, one pastry) in a nearby café is given

This accommodation was very convenient for bus and train and not too far from a bus stop for the airport .
It would have been nice to have breakfast at the property rather than a local cafe.
