Location
Huge safety concern that we were LOCKED in our room. Key had to be left in the door to allow us to leave. We had one instance where the door closed and we were Locked INSIDE or room with the key on the outside of the door. This is a HUGE safety problem and needs immediate attention by property owner and management! If a fire occurs someone can die in a locked room with no way out!

shower head was hard to get to stay in one place, no mini fridge or coffee/tea maker; didn't know the manager was on the floor below if I needed anything - there was no one around except the building front door guardian

You barely can find the better location than this in my opinion. Perfectly located in the heart of Palermo, foots away from the main sites. The room was very clean with all facilities you need for your leisure stay. Francesca met us upon our arrival and her recommendations as a local was so helpful.
We had a short stay but definitely know where to stay next time in Palermo.

The room was OK if you were staying for a couple days . We stayed for 6 days and I would not recommend it unless you like to be in a small room. Centrally located . Location was the best part
Small room. The room locked from the inside so you were locked in room and had to use the key to get out . I see it as a fired hazard

Very convenient in the Centro Storico. Good value.
At first, I didn't understand that these accommodations were merely a part of the building on Via Vittorio Emanuele, but it was my language barrier that led to the misunderstanding. The staff was great. Very friendly.

I really enjoyed every second of my vacation. Francesca was amazing! Great welcoming, amazing local tips about the city. The room was very clean and had all facilities. The location is amazing in the middle of the center, walking distance to all locations of the city.

Great location, it's just a couple minutes' walk to Quattto Canto and lots of great restaurants around. Walking distance (around 10 minutes) to the central bus/train station. The hosts were very friendly and respond quickly to guests' needs. The room is clean and comfortable.

Arriving by car down the main old town street can be a little daunting however Allesandro was prompt to meet us and a clear communicator about how and where to park. This small hotel is incredible for its location - you literally wake in the centre of everything. Room had double glazing to block out sound exceptionally well.
Sicily doesn't do atmospheric lighting very well (mostly exposed bulbs). The room would have been much more ambient at night with some warmer lights (not really as shown in pic).

Steps away from Quatro Canti and countless beautiful and historical landmarks, various places to eat, few minutes walk from multiple bus stops, and more. The room is on the fourth floor, yet it is wheel chair accessible. There is a small elevator and lift on the entrance steps. There is surveillance 24/7. Host is accessible and quick to respond to our needs. The room is clean and comfortable. Great place for singles, couples or families.

The property was in perfect location and clean. Nothing to complain about.
But we had a hard time finding our way to the property respectively finding parking for our car nearby.
Alessandro could have been more friendly. He definitely did not go out of his way to be helpful.
The heat/ AC in the bedroom wasn't working.

The location is right near the Four Corners so you can get anywhere in the Old Town really easily. Lots of things to do and places to eat. Cute decor. Very nice staff. There is a hot water heater and small espresso machine in the lobby for a pick me up.
The mattress needs to be replaced and the pillows are not hotel grade, they are the kind your grandmother keeps in the spare bedroom because she can’t bear to throw them out. Also, the toilet seat needs to be tightened. Further, the flip side of the seriously great location is noise very late into the night and occasionally early mornings from very drunk people. I am not a night owl so I found it disruptive but if you are out late yourself it might not be an issue, but my room was directly facing the street and I found it noisy.
