The host was amazing and so helpful! Fridge was stocked, he washed our clothes for us, he helped us with our lost baggage at the airport. Such amazing service. He also gave us the best restaurant recommendations! Loved our stay

Marcello is great host - there to welcome me and to be of help if I needed it. Apartment is as shown on the photos. It is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I found the bed to be comfortable and, taking care, the stairway up and down was not a problem. Marcello had put a great amount of food in the fridge to start my stay so that I did not need to go out to the supermarket immediately - plus a bottle of wine. Good supermarket close by, as are cafes, bars and restaurants. In a good area of the city, with upmarket shops nearby. Easy to get into the city and train station with bus stops only a minute or so away - 101/102 for city. Also 104 for P. Independenza (for Palazzo Normanni & 389 bus to Monreale). Pleasant 15 - 20 min walk to main tourist area or take a bus part way and just have a 2 block walk to Quattro Canti. I really enjoyed meeting Marcello, staying at Casa Ricasoli 41, and being in Palermo

Beautiful loft apartment with character, in the city center. Marcello, the host, was excellent with communicating before and during our stay to answer any questions we had. Impeccably clean and comfortable with food for breakfast awaiting us...would absolutely return!
Kitchen is itty-bitty, but still well equipped which worked fine for us but be prepared if you plan to have meals in the apartment.

Amazing place, a flat is in the city center (this area one of the best in Palermo).
Flat was cozy and clean. We really liked the atmosphere, owner was very helpful and pleasant, provided insights, maps, recommendations (such as where to eat, what to visit and etc.). Fridge was full of food, on one table was waiting a cake, on the other - bottle of wine.
Overall, I would highly recommend to stay here!

We loved everything about Marcello’s place! The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the apartment had everything we needed for a 3 night stay in Palermo.
We instantly felt at home, not only because of how comfortable the apartment is, but also because Marcello was the most thoughtful and generous host we had while in Italy! Marcello went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect - an easy walk (or speedy scooter ride) to the historical city centre. Highly recommend this accomodation!!

Marcello is the best host ever. He was very helpful, kind and friendly. He recomended places to see as well as restaurants, coffe shops and confectioneries.
We also got things to eat for breakfast like fruits, pastries, yogurts and many more.
The flat is well equiped and very cozy as well in a very good district of Palermo.

Marcello was one of the best hosts we had, nothing was ever a problem! He let us store our luggage before checking in so we could go explore Sicily, gave us a map and great sightseeing recommendations and helped with dinner reservations. The apartment was spacious, stylish, clean and quiet. The location is very central and convenient. We had everything we could possibly need for our stay with great amenities and Marcello had fully stocked the fridge with yogurts, fruit, juice, milk etc. He even had left a cake for us! We were in a pickle and needed some documents printed which he also helped with. His communication is friendly, quick and easy. I highly recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Close to restaurants, shopping and in walking distance to the historical center of Palermo
Fairly uncomplicated to find parking close to the building
Stylish, smartly furnished, quiet and impeccably clean
Genuinely hospitable owner who welcomed us as if we were friends, gave us tips for visiting the city, recommended places to eat (we went to three of the recommended places and they were indeed excellent), and even reserved a table for us at restaurant nearby since we got into Palermo late in the evening

We are so grateful for our experience with Marcello's flat! This was definitely a 11/10 experience!
The flat is so conveniently located in the city center close to Garibaldi place, and there's plenty of bus stops, restaurants all around and 24/24 supermarket. It's super safe.
The apartment is very well decorated and nicely furnished, quite spacious for the available space, perfectly clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and everything was provided (extra pillows, covers...).
We had such a lovely time in Palermo and grateful for having found such a great place to stay.
Last but not least Marcello has been an incredible host! He is very friendly, accommodating and so helpful! The fridge was full, there was food for breakfast, he offered to change our towels at our mid-stay and he provided us with lots of information to find our way around Palermo (and shared great addresses for Sicilian food ?).
Would definitely recommend him and his place to anyone! Thanks again! ??

The apartment is comfortable and has a lot of character. The location is great - Palermo's swankiest suburb and walking distance to most of the main attractions. And the TV has Chromecast (Marcello, you should highlight this! I loved it.)
But, above all, Marcello is a fantastic host. He is very passionate about his city and will give you great advice on how to best enjoy your time there. Grazie mille, Marcello!

First of all we were upgraded for free to the Superior apartment that was absolutely great! The location is very convenient, right in the middle of one of the most vibrant neighboroods in town. The apartment itself it's precious, very well decorated, with high standard furniture and delicious details plus everything you could possibly need for enjoying your experience. If the place was a hidden gem, the real discover was the host! Marcello is such a nice, friendly and generous guy who was very attentive and caring to us since the real first moment we booked the apartment. His personal welcome was a real something, and his tips a proper gift! Speaking of gifts, Marcello made us a cake for breakfast (which was not included) and the apartment was packed with food! What can I say more? Please don't book the apartment, otherwise I will not find it available for my next trip over.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful, 2 minutes to the bus station, from where you can get to each part of the city including the mondello beach ⛱️ (30 minutes). 10 minutes to a grocery store. Despite the apartment is near to main square the apartment is so quiet. The owner is so kind and is the best I have ever seen. He met us, and allowed to make check in even earlier then it was in offer. He will help you to reach the apartment and will make you a guide about what you should visit in the Palermo.
Summarizing, I strongly recommend you this apartment in case you would like to visit Palermo ?
We were so satisfied.
