Very Good
It is close to the lively Maqueda street. If they are not in the premises they can open the door by remote control. All renovated and modern. Just on top of a Gamer shop. You can have breakfast or your own food, in the kitchen, where you have a microwave, a coffee machine, cups and bowls, a fridge and a sink.
The entrance, which is a small lift, no option of stairs. Can be a bit claustrophobic.

I stayed for two nights. The entrance leads directly to the elevator, which is convenient. However, the toilet and shower are not connected to the room you have to go to another room to use them. The room is small and has no TV, even though the reception area does.
After my first night, the host didn't ask if everything was okay but immediately asked when I would check out. That felt unwelcoming. Overall, the place works for a short stay but could be more comfortable and friendly.

Do NOT stay here. The location is good but the staff did not appear ever. We were encouraged to leave soon after we arrived unless we agreed to "upgrade" to a room costing 20% more. The separate bathrooms down the hall are dangerous -- my wife was locked inside it while I was sleeping in the separate room.
Do NOT stay here. The management is not interested in true customer service, only in rotating business. The separate bathrooms down the hall are dangerous. We had to move to another place in Palermo to get away from this bad choice.

I haven't met them. They seem really nice but it's a Sunday so I'm not surprised that there was no one around. They still communicated quickly and clearly.

The hosts are very friendly and quick with replies to questions. They worked with us to check in because we arrived later than we intended. We were given wonderful recommendations for dining and activities in Palermo. The air conditioners worked great to cool us off after a long day of traveling and walking.
We each got only one flat pillow. I wish there were more or they were a bit fatter :)

Trouble-free and efficient self-check in. The private bathroom across the hallway was a bonus… felt like being at home! The property is fresh, bright and very clean. While we didn’t use the kitchen area, which has coffee maker and pods (but no cups), it’s a great space. Pillows weren’t the best. A one minute walk to restaurants, sights and shops. Overall, a great place to stay… highly recommend.

Casa Galati was an awesome choice, and we had the best location ever. Close to Piazza Politeama (where the bus from the airport stops), close to the main streets and attractions and also to the shopping area.
The room was clean, and towels were provided. The owner was very friendly and kind and the check in was really easy and smooth. Would recommend everyone to stay in casa Galati 100%. Thank you for your hospitality!

The location is perfect and near all monument places. The room is big and bright. The price is good, The bathroom is clean. The bedroom is comfort. The staff is easy communication and friendly to explain.
The coffee machine is difficult to use.
