The standards of the property are almost better than those of a hotel: very clean, well maintained, and comfortable and the garden/terrace in front of our room was our dog’s surprise ?.Breakfast is great for the quality and selection. Andrea is extremely prepared and genuinely customer-oriented. He welcomed us with a city map and great suggestions, which allowed us to see and experience a lot despite our short stay. Highly recommended.

Colorado couple in mid 70s, Location was perfect - for everything, the main part of town, the amazing Opera House, the Cathedral and Palace and the whacky wonderful street market. The local supermarket was only 2 blocks away. Kitchen was well stocked and functional.
Region is a trip back in time.
Breakfast was moderately extensive for a B&B. Fresco's on the ceiling and a piano.
Fanni and the staff were excellent. Impressive and attentive. Good source of information regarding restaurants.
The Sicilian Puppet Show was 35 min of true fun - near the Palace and Cathedral - both also good, but not great.
The Opera House is great. Performance was impressive - as expected.
Not enough time there - only 3 nights.

Wonderful
Fanny and her staff are wonderful, very friendly. They gave us directions on a map they provided and recommendations for places to eat at or visit. There was even a dog "welcome gift" with a toy, bowl, poop bags, etc. Very sweet. The room was large with very high ceilings. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of items. The inner courtyard was a comfy place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Location is a bit sketchy and very noisy. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast and breakfast area were both fabulous, the staff were warm, friendly, and skilled. There’s a good restaurant just down the street (Lumia) and one of the big three markets around the corner.
It was a little off the beaten track, but the back streets there did feel safe and it was convenient enough between Teatro Massimo and the Quattro Canti.

The apartment in this B&B was HUGE, and the terrace had a fantastic view. Fanny was such a great hostess and even took the time to draw out a map for us with some of her favorite recommendations for the city. The breakfast was great, and was a true, "Full" breakfast, where you could order eggs your way. Many Italian breakfasts are simply croissants and coffee, so the breakfast really exceeded our expectations.
There was nothing I didn't like!

This was a very enjoyable place as a solo traveler. From the room to breakfast it felt very comfortable and relaxing. It was very hot and I can confirm the AC was excellent in my room.
When I checked in I was asked if I had any food allergies. I do (celiac). I was accommodated at breakfast with a gluten free pastry that was excellent. Truly appreciated!

Conveniently located, friendly staff available throughout much of the day. Building with significant history and the mural in the dining room was impressive. The staff helped me to book a cab (rideshare apps don't really work very well in Palermo) and was willing to watch my luggage while I was gone. They were easy to communicate with and proactive. Breakfast was open late and the AC was sufficient to cool off my room. I was able to use the internet to VPN in to my server back in the USA for work. It was possible to make the room very dark, which was helpful for adjusting my sleep schedule.
I don't really have any major complaints - but know that it's located in the older part of the city, so roads are very narrow and crowded with people, scooters and cars. This means your taxi is likely to drop you off a few blocks away, be ready to walk. Oh and the glass desk didn't have a chair. I didn't do that much computing work (nothing that required a mouse) but that would have been useful.

Wonderful
Really nice B & B with a good breakfast. The staff was really nice but some outlets didn't work well. The neighborhood is okay but is close to many sites, walkable.
Some outlets didn't work well. Some of the baked goods at breakfast wasn't as fresh and I saw some mold on the toast.

Very Good
Fanny was very hospitable & helpful. The location was wonderful.
Breakfast window was too small. The toilet complements like shampoo, conditioner etc. were missing. Generally the facilities look much better in pictures than in real.
