The staff was very helpful and attentive with our check-in and any extra needs. She ordered us private cars and had a staff member come early to make us coffees before our flight. The rooftop view from our suite was amazing and the fridge was well-stocked.

The place itself is super nice, great breakfast and outstanding attitude from Fanny. The room was super spacious. Great value for the price.
The room door is not sealed so we heard all the noise when they were preparing the breakfast from 7:30 am.

Everything!
Waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming just steps from our door, and experiencing the kindness and generosity of Toto and Diana made this a truly magical stay. Everything was exceptional, from the location and comfort to the thoughtful personal touches. We arrived as guests and left feeling like friends. Cefalù stole our hearts, and Palazzo Cettina Sul Mare was a big reason why.
There really isn't anything not to like - it is the perfect place!

It was initially tricky to figure out the zone restrictions for car, coming to the location to drop baggage. The house itself was great.

B&B was centrally located. Admintrative staff were helpful and friendly.
There was an enormous Water Heater in the bathroom, never seen anything llike it this size before, making a LOUD Humming noise, was very disturbing to say the least.

The location was perfect, near major sites and in a fun, lively neighborhood. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. And the breakfast- on a lovely terrace - was very, very good. Our room was comfortable as well.
Not a criticism , but just be aware that the place seems quite modest at first. Don’t be fooled. It’s wonderful.

The standards of the property are almost better than those of a hotel: very clean, well maintained, and comfortable and the garden/terrace in front of our room was our dog’s surprise ?.Breakfast is great for the quality and selection. Andrea is extremely prepared and genuinely customer-oriented. He welcomed us with a city map and great suggestions, which allowed us to see and experience a lot despite our short stay. Highly recommended.

Colorado couple in mid 70s, Location was perfect - for everything, the main part of town, the amazing Opera House, the Cathedral and Palace and the whacky wonderful street market. The local supermarket was only 2 blocks away. Kitchen was well stocked and functional.
Region is a trip back in time.
Breakfast was moderately extensive for a B&B. Fresco's on the ceiling and a piano.
Fanni and the staff were excellent. Impressive and attentive. Good source of information regarding restaurants.
The Sicilian Puppet Show was 35 min of true fun - near the Palace and Cathedral - both also good, but not great.
The Opera House is great. Performance was impressive - as expected.
Not enough time there - only 3 nights.

Fanny and Andrea were fabulous. They were so helpful and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants. They told us all about the history of the hotel and were very accommodating.

Fanny and her staff are wonderful, very friendly. They gave us directions on a map they provided and recommendations for places to eat at or visit. There was even a dog "welcome gift" with a toy, bowl, poop bags, etc. Very sweet. The room was large with very high ceilings. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of items. The inner courtyard was a comfy place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Location is a bit sketchy and very noisy. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it.
