Limited choice at breakfast. Feable lightning in the room. Staff kind but, and this is often the case in Italian B&Bs, rarely present on site.

Gabriele is an outstanding host. Not only he gave us amazing tips but was very helpful.
Location of the Palazzo is simply perfect - do not rent a car to move around Palermo if you stay here - you can walk everywhere.
The AC is very close, aimed directly at the bed, so it's either too cold if it's on, or too hot on summer days if we keep it off.

Good location, house was quiet but the neighborhood was noisy due to restaurants near by, and the main street next to the house which didn't bother us much. Store very close by, many restaurants near by and walking distance from the train station.

Beautiful building, very quiet once you pass the large wooden doors. Large bedroom, with comfortable shower. The owner was very responsive and helping, also when one of my colleagues urgently needed help. Flexible and accommodating. I will definitely go back to this Palazzo when I come back to Palermo. Location convenient, 10 mins walk from Palermo station. Restaurants everywhere.

Huge room in a great location, less than 10minutes walk from the train station. Lots of character in the old palazzo courtyard. There were major roadworks just outside, but the room was very quiet. Several nice restaurants close by in the pretty town squares. Lovely breakfast served on site. Excellent instructions to gain access and we were able to leave our luggage after check out to collect later.

A wonderful location for seeing the old town on foot.
Temporary toad work.
We didn’t hear any noise in our room, because the walls are about 18” thick limestone, and the quality double glazing and shutters kept out all sounds.

Great location, beautiful building, centre of city, near Railway station, clean comfortable room, staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.
Didn’t like is too strong, but listening to the locals discussing the days events very loudly in the nearby bar until 5AM makes you rethink your wish for a room with a balcony.

we booked because we liked the old building and the closeness to the rail station. the room was clean and accommodated 3 people easily. easy access arranged that worked well. the apartment was off a quiet enclosed courtyard on the first floor. great shower. lots of good places to eat nearby.
there are road works outside the property and we could not drive to drop off our bags but this is not the fault of the property

The location was fantastic; super close to La Via Roma, which was very convenient. Despite the location, it wasn’t loud plus the supermarket was very close by. There is free public parking available close by which is great for travellers with a car. The building was historic looking which was amazing. Check in went very smoothly and the host was there to welcome us. The air conditioning worked perfectly and wasn’t loud. The bed and pillows were very comfy.
There is nothing we didn’t like, but a little kitchenette would be helpful if you want to cook something or even make a salad; but since you are surrounded by restaurants and bistrots, it isn’t really needed.

The courtyard outside felt very cozy and welcoming. The staff were responsive and helpful. Breakfast was very good!
Parking can be a challenge. The outdoor valet place they recommended we park was sketchy. We ended up going with an underground parking garage nearby with higher reviews and were happy with the choice.
