We loved the accommodation. The hostess was very helpful and friendly.
She brought us fresh Croissants every single day, including the day we were leaving. The location is good, 15mn away from city centre.

Susana was really nice, kind and polite. We appreciated the fridge with bottles of water and juice. Rooms were clean, comfortable with enough space.

Host provided pastry -Italian croissants that were delicious. Full kitchen with microwave and espresso machine. Kitchen table easily seats 6. Coffe and tea provided with sweetener and a carton of juice. Beds were comfy and had the good pillows and comfortable linens. Gated parking off the street. Lovely garden with citrus trees. SUPER strong doors.
Motorcycle shop close by that was noisy through the evening. Showers were tiny. Advertise as having a washer, but it was not there. Only gathering space was the kitchen, which was ok for one night.

Great location. Easy to find. Private parking, great for bikers.
Public bus staton 5min walking.

Pleasantly spacious house, quiet area. The beds were very comfortable. Great that there was a working air conditioner. Clean and cozy rooms. Every morning there were delicious fresh croissants (+ apples, toast, jam, yogurt). The hostess was very friendly, kind, helpful, shared recommendations on how to navigate Palermo by public transport, recommended attractions. Small problem with ants, but the landlady solved it.

We booked the whole villa. Enjoyable nreakfast. Suzana was very helpful and brought us croissants.
Nice space outside and large bedrooms.
Funcioning air condicioning.
We loved the fact that had a private parking space.
A bit further from the city.
Matresses were not the best.

very big place, well equipped, big parking place and nice sorroundings. they bring you croissants for breakfast and have yogurt, coffee, juices and water. Every room has it own bathroom
it is a little far from the center, you need a car to go there (which we had). Be careful as driving trough Palermo is a little bit harder than other cities near by as the streets are very narrow

The owner is super nice and breakfast at the sunmy terrace was just perfect. They have many trees with oranges, mandarines, khakis and they are in front of the room. Amazing! Bed was ok, the counch amd the fridge in the room are good to have;)
Bathroom should be slowly renovated and walls are too thin, you can hear other people showering and taking in the middle of the night (water running was very loud)

The owners were very kind, we particularly appreciated the breakfast and the location. The structure was also good and quite clean. Overall, I would suggest this solution to a friend
I think that the price was a little high for the service considering the season (which is low in Italy).
