It is within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Felt safe the whole time we were there. The street noise was minimal, it was a quiet neighborhood.
Arno was a great host, communicated well, was accommodating and flexible, and made a great cappuccino.
We would stay here again.
The place was very clean and comfortable.

We had a brief 2 night visit in Palermo and loved our stay here!. The location, convenience, and hospitality were excellent! Communication was prompt and helpful. Arno was so helpful with restaurant and transportation recommendations. Frederica was a fantastic hostess with a map and sites to not miss! Thank you, both!

Great location.
Super walkable in historic area.
Room was cleaned daily.
One bottle of water daily.
Towels replaced every other day.
Arno was super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast included but I was never up early for it.
Mosquitoes.
Noisy but hey it's in the thick of Palermo's historic area so to be expected.
The alley where it is located gets iffy at night for a solo woman. Dark and hardly anyone there.
Toiletries are puny. No kleenex.

The best part of our stay was the host (Aron) and hostess serving the breakfast and making wonderful coffee each morning. The location is great; just a 5 minute walk from our cooking class, meeting point for Agrigento tour and Teatro Massimo. There were many restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Easy to reach buses to main attractions. The main street for the evening passeggiata was only two blocks from the B&B so convenient but quiet. The room was bright and clean.
This did not bother us, but you must carry your luggage up one flight of stairs because there is no lift.

The location was great and the staff was warm and gracious. Arno
was extremely helpful and shared lots of Sicily knowledge.
The main entry door is tight and you have to duck you head to step in. A minor annoyance.

Clean, comfortable, lots of space (we had the blue room). The staff were friendly and communicative. We were travelling with a small child and they accommodated him very well, especially at breakfast. It was nice to have access to a lounge area. The location is great - within easy reach of the historic centre. The area is quiet.

All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds. Location couldn't be better. Would absolutley stay there again. Minor things to know:
- you will have to climb stairs
- shower was quite small, larger men might have an issue
- breakfast spread was ok, nothing special. But still, overall the price is fantastic for what you're getting.

Everything was perfect. We stayed in a triple room that was cozy, clean, modern and spacious. The staff is friendly, Arno gave us useful tips about the restaurants and was very polite and helpful. Breakfasts are fresh and delicious: good coffee, Sicilian sweets, fruit, granola, yogurt. The location was nice too.
Maybe an additional electronic power strip in the room could help someone who wants to charge a phone and use a table lamp at the same time :)
