Excellent, newish, spotless, comfortable, great shower. Loft-style with a huge opening skylight. large shared living space and terrace. Pietro was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good but it was outside of the location. We had to walk to a cafe.
Very pleasant interior but we were not always able to access the elevator and it was very small. Two of us with carryon luggage barely fit.

Very modern and tastefully decorated. Lovely outside patio. Good range of bars & restaurants nearby.
The key to access the main door from the street was tricky. Were given breakfast options - help yourself mini continental or coffee & pastry at a local cafe. This might not suit big eaters!

no staff was available in hotel and there was little explanation provided about anything. there wasnt any breakfast offered and instead we received a voucher for having coffee outside.

Very clean and modern and well equipped. Great common sitting spaces. Stocked fridge with drinks. Convenient to Quattro Canti (10-15 minutes walk) Close to seafront. Good communication from host.
Breakfast is disappointing. It is in a bar 5 minutes walk away and includes one drink and one pick of stuff like croissant etc. The facility is largely unmanned and impersonal. Self check-in and check-out. The coffee machine was hard to figure out without any instructions. while the host could be reached by WhatsApp etc., expectations from a B&B is more of a personal touch from the host.
