The place was fantastic, especially the location. It's in a wonderful neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, and tree lined streets. It's also very close to the old historical center. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was great and went above and beyond to be helpful. He even packaged a print I bought so it would not be damaged during the trip. Him and his wife were lovely. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful
Had the single bed room. A nice room to get back "home" after a day exploring Palermo! Close to the theater and the historic city center of Palermo is in a good walking distance. The host even provided a list of restaurants and attractions to visit during my stay.

Room was clean, well equipped, linen was excellent, kitchen facilities were very useful, building and staff were superb and location was excellent in a very nice neighbourhood, away from tourist hustle yet close enough to walk to. Lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing location! It’s in a lovely neighborhood and within walking distance to the city center. We only stayed for one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer in this beautiful place. Francesco is an excellent host—he reached out to us before we arrived, made sure we had all the details, and followed up closely during our stay.
The only issue was that the AC wasn’t strong enough, so we felt a bit hot. Other than that, for the price we paid, it was a wonderful stay.

Great location, easy check-in and comfortable. Side nite: unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working (and it was a Sunday) just as I was checked in and the host was wonderful about it. I did spend half a day in the room which was clean, large and the terrace has a lovely view.

The location was great! Grocery store and many restaurants and cafes near by. Good walking to many of the sights. I felt safe in the neighborhood traveling solo. Francesco and Rosella were great!
