Price compare to quality. Staff very polite and helpful. Localization but it was for work, if you are Tr IST, it is a bit far from the Centre.
Slow Internet - for work it is really difficult to accept. Room was not exactly like on the photos, Ive booked - smaller and and no kettle set .

I really like the exterior if the hotel. The hotel is a 5 minute distance to Palermo city and around 10-15 minutes by foot. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to help.
Very disappointing stay. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. I stayed in a 3 star hotel that was way better on every level than this hotel. The beds were hard and super uncomfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was missing a shower screen so you had to clean up the floor was after every shower. The breakfast was okay but the dinner in the hotels restaurant had few options and most of the dishes were disappointing.

ATTENTION, ONLY accepts dog that is less than 5kg (with 20E extra), even if it is listed as pet allowed on Booking. Unfortunately I didnt see that while making the reservation. It was totally my bad. I tried to contact the hotel by message, but got no reply each time I asked if it was possible to cancel with a refund. Tried to call, got hung up upon the first time. Finally got through the second time, a lady just told me very coldly that bigger dog is not allowed and its not possible to get a refund. When paying 70E for a room that I would no be able to stay in, I could have used a Were sorry.

Nice room. However NO coffee making facilities. Wash hand basin clogged. Bath missing drain closure so bathtub useless.

Staff were unhelpful unless you were Italian. The roof top bar was closed due to the weather(it rained for ten minutes) On Booking.com it stated free parking on ground floor. When we got there reception said it was free parking if you could find a space, which we did. They still charged us for parking. Very disappounting. The room was dated and worn, struggled to open the patio doors.
