Great location in Palermo. Walking distance of everything you may need or want to see
Our room was SO LOUD. We heard everything happening. Flushing of toilets, water running in pipes, showers being ran, traffic noise, people going up and down the stairs.

Breakfast was very good (warm dishes and local selections), also Wifi quite so. Personal was helpful and friendly. TV had a large selection of channels. Bed was comfortable.
When I arrived, there were no towels and toiletpaper in the room - the preparation of the room was probably interrupted at certain point. I got those things immediately, and in next days everything was done perfectly, but still. And it was quiet -except when there were people in the room next to mine - then a lot of noise came through the walls. And not that I complain but perhaps good to know for other visitors - only soft drinks in the minibar :-)

Breakfast was lovely and personal service with coffee requests. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Staff were all welcoming and office staff obliging and assisted in all our enquiries about where to go, what to do and how to get there. Lots of dining options within walking distance and bus connections a few steps away.
It would have been good to be able to access some English speaking TV channels or perhaps Netflix access. Very hard to engage with non-English speaking TV.

Location is brilliant, close to the bus station. Easy access to everything. The apartment is large and very clean. Erina the host is so warm and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely stay here again.
Rubbish collection early in the morning, but that's for nothing to do with the host.

Location was excellent. Everything else was adequate. I must say though the last night we were told they were moving us to another hotel (Best Western) which was closer to the airport with much better facilities and dinner was on them, which was most appreciated

The location was great and the staff were truly helpful.
The breakfast was quite poor as we needed to ask for bread, cheese, as they weren't restocking the baskets. The coffee was fine.

Staff are really friendly and nice- they also lent us a plug adaptor for free as we hadn't brought the correct one so appreciate that service! The rooms are not the biggest but enough room and space and as expected for a city hotel! The hotel is in a great location with good local restaurants, near the city centre and not too far from the station.
Breakfast was poor, the locks on the room are not secure- although we did not lose any belongings, the walls are really thin- we could literally hear everything from neighbouring rooms. Parking for their garage was abit expensive also and abit annoying they charge locals less than tourists.
