The owners and staff were exceptional. Helpful in every way making my time in Palermo so comfortable. Vanessa helped with everything always with a smile. Location was excellent. It was a quiet oasis in a busy city with a sweet garden patio. Breakfast both days delicious. My walking tour of Palermo with Simona exceeded my expectations. I will return

Very good location, very nice and accommodating-staff, charming 18th century house renovation, Good breakfast. AC in room.
Bath is private, but not in room. Opening window let's in street noise.

Breakfast was good enough. Backyard was like botanical garden and birds were singing. Very beautiful. Quite building. People are friendly.
The beds are with synthetic (nylon) covers underneath the sheet. It makes noise while sleeping.

Only 1 towel supplied over 2 day stay.
Only 1 coffee sachet between 2 people over 2 day stay.
Staff did say to ask if we needed anything but shouldn't need to ask for clean towels or coffee.

I stayed in the room number 4 at the back of the building, it is a spacious and clean room with a balcony and high ceiling. The bed was comfortable. I liked the bathroom it is private but not in the room. There is a water heater which is very important for me. And the building is great. Breakfast place is in the office floor , it is also nice.
The bathroom isnt in the room but not a big deal when the hotel is not very crowded, it is really big and nice bathroom.

Great location, right next to the Teatro Massimo and a few minutes walk from Mercato del Capo. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, always ready to help with tips on what to visit and where to eat. Breakfast was simply fantastic.
