Loved the location and vibe. Staying at church property made it feel so special. the rooms were the best in Palermo.
staff was over the edge, received breakfast when we arrived late but were very understanding. Amazing food very tasty.
Parking was a bit of treck, especially at night, hard to get.

Manager very helpful. We stayed in the "suite" one night and a regular room the second night. This is not really a hotel, just a few renovated rooms in a very old building. Suite was cavernous, other room average. Breakfast is not included. Manager cooked eggs to order, but there was none of the extras that are normally expected in better hotels in Italy, like fresh croissants, fruit, etc. Location was a hike to the very center, but close to the water.
We clearly specified we needed 2 separate beds, and reviewed this before the second room, but when we got back to the room at 11 p.m. there was only a single large bed. Staff had gone home, so we pulled the beds apart and jury-rigged some sheets. Frustrated.

Accommodation was comfortable, great location, next to the sea, front staff attentive. Only thing is that if you are light sensitive, the emergency light can bother you at night. There is no light in the ceiling, just table lamps.

Excellent location, in historic centre, nice area, close enough to the train station. Good size of the room, very helpful staff. It was possible to leave the luggage there before the check in.

Location was fine. Easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions
The check in was a disaster… our flight was delayed less than an hour . We had let the host know that we were arriving around 8.30pm but there was no one to let us in. We had to wait until 1am to get to bed. Very disappointed. Poor communication from reception.

The lovely receptionist was extremely helpful, with finding parking and printing off boarding passes for our early ferry the next day. Close to the historic centre for a saunter in the evening.

the staf a particular a young girl did all her best to help us. the breakfast was nice too.
I have booked a room with AC and parking,
When I got there the AC was not working and stayed like this all stay and the parking had to pay 20 euro extra also we had to pay an additional city tax and all this was not stated on the booking.
I i new that they had no parkin I woulding booked this hotel.

The beds were much more comfortable than most hotels. Great location.
Small room, no usable table, no "surfaces" to put our stuff on, so the room ended up with stuff lying all over the floor. There could have been a table and 2 chairs (for a room for 2 people).

Room was exellent! so clean and quite. Very beautifull high cealing and marble floors. Bed was comfortable. Staff was the best! Good Wifi, lot’s of drinks in the friz and we even got a bottle of prosecco into our room, since it was our anniversary!
It did not have an elevator and it was on third floor. It was little hard for me with my operated hip. It was on the old part of the city and not very beautifull area.
