No breakfast at all
personnel not prepared for a 20 euro note for "soggiorno tax", not accepting card, no change. No stairs to go toa 2nd floor with luggage.

The lovely receptionist was extremely helpful, with finding parking and printing off boarding passes for our early ferry the next day. Close to the historic centre for a saunter in the evening.
Stairs! Two flights which we weren't aware of when booking.

the staf a particular a young girl did all her best to help us. the breakfast was nice too.
I have booked a room with AC and parking, When I got there the AC was not working and stayed like this all stay and the parking had to pay 20 euro extra also we had to pay an additional city tax and all this was not stated on the booking. I i new that they had no parkin I woulding booked this hotel.

The beds were much more comfortable than most hotels. Great location.
Small room, no usable table, no "surfaces" to put our stuff on, so the room ended up with stuff lying all over the floor. There could have been a table and 2 chairs (for a room for 2 people).

Room was exellent! so clean and quite. Very beautifull high cealing and marble floors. Bed was comfortable. Staff was the best! Good Wifi, lots of drinks in the friz and we even got a bottle of prosecco into our room, since it was our anniversary!
It did not have an elevator and it was on third floor. It was little hard for me with my operated hip. It was on the old part of the city and not very beautifull area.

spotlessly clean. great central location
nowhere to buy basic provisions, breakfast etc. I was there on a Sunday and a lot of things were shut. plus there is litter everywhere. Palermo is a very dirty city. we even saw a dead kitten which upset my kids.

Exactly as the picture shows. The host is super proactive and kind. The room is beautiful with great infrastructure.
It was good.
Theres an emergency light inside the room and when you turn everything theres a green light on your face. This gets me a lot

The B&B has a really good location, everything is in walking distance. Francesco was very helpful and friendly,anytime we had a question he was there to help out. The room was nice and spacious.
The only thing was that we could hear our neighbors or people in the corridor,but i guess it's because the building is old. It wasn't too disturbing.
