It’s publicity and the amenities.
No air conditioning, although it’s winter, the room temperature inside was 25 degrees. It was hard to get a good night sleep.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and very comfortable. The area was central and a wee bit rough, but we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The room was quiet soundproof, with the exception of a Sunday morning marching band. We would certainly stay here again

The hotel was clean, the breakfast options had a variety of fruits, veggies, cheeses and charcuterie, and pastries.
The location was terrible! It was about 1-1,5km from the city center (though it claims to be in the city center). Right in front of the Central Station - extremely UNSAFE and DIRTY area.

Everything was great. The breakfast offered a nice combination of different options. The location was excellent and easy to access. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Loved breakfast. The gentleman in charge was rightly very proud of his area and we enjoyed the cakes! Superb scrambled egg and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you.
I am sure I put 3 guests into Booking.com when I was searching but was told at the hotel we would need to pay an extra 50 euros for the 3rd person. Ultimately it was worth it so not a problem!

Great location. 10 min walk to Spaccanapoli and 5 min walk to the train station.
The room did not have the most pleasant smell. As if there was something with the pipes, unfortunately, we didn't check into the room until very late, so there was not the opportunity for any correction.

The view/rooftop terrace was beautiful. The masterbedroom was big with three balconies - very nice. Soundproof.

Naples is filthy. The location of the hotel makes it you don’t want to go out at night. The employees working the front desk are robotic. Never told us about the breakfast. We had to ask The hotel is decent but will never return to Naples

The location of the hotel was amazing especially since it was only for day and across the street from the train station. Also, the view while having breakfast on the 6th floor was great with a variety of food options.
We stayed with my mother in law and needed a second bed. The options they had were three twins, one on its own and two put together. Not sure how but I fell between the two in the middle of the night. lol Not a show stopper but wish it was one Queen and one twin.

Staff was available 24 hours to answer and resolve any issue. Bathroom was huge, like the room by itself. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, including champagne. Rooftop restaurant was very comfy and not expensive. Highly recommend this place.

Stay for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. Close to the train station and easy to walk navigate all over the city and beyond. The hotel is plush and elegant. Staff were lovely and helped us navigate to where we needed to go. The star of the show is the morning breakfast served on rooftop terrace. Views of the city and Vesuvius every morning with included breakfast was an amazing treat. The food was amazing as well, we came back for the evening dinner service. It was excellent. Comfortable and incredible room and hotel. Miss it.
My only complaint would be the noise from outside. We had a balcony, and despite the sound proofing, we heard sirens all the time and made sleeping difficult at night. But it was worth it for the views and balcony. Nothing the hotel can do but just something to be aware of.
