Naples is filthy. The location of the hotel makes it you don’t want to go out at night. The employees working the front desk are robotic. Never told us about the breakfast. We had to ask

The location of the hotel was amazing especially since it was only for day and across the street from the train station. Also, the view while having breakfast on the 6th floor was great with a variety of food options.
We stayed with my mother in law and needed a second bed. The options they had were three twins, one on its own and two put together. Not sure how but I fell between the two in the middle of the night. lol Not a show stopper but wish it was one Queen and one twin.

Staff was available 24 hours to answer and resolve any issue. Bathroom was huge, like the room by itself.
Breakfast was hot and plentiful, including champagne. Rooftop restaurant was very comfy and not expensive. Highly recommend this place.

Stay for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. Close to the train station and easy to walk navigate all over the city and beyond. The hotel is plush and elegant. Staff were lovely and helped us navigate to where we needed to go. The star of the show is the morning breakfast served on rooftop terrace. Views of the city and Vesuvius every morning with included breakfast was an amazing treat. The food was amazing as well, we came back for the evening dinner service. It was excellent. Comfortable and incredible room and hotel. Miss it.
My only complaint would be the noise from outside. We had a balcony, and despite the sound proofing, we heard sirens all the time and made sleeping difficult at night. But it was worth it for the views and balcony. Nothing the hotel can do but just something to be aware of.

Did not try the restaurant, but picked because there was one on site. It was before a major trip, so it was nice to relax and we appreciated the ability to sign on to Netflix.
The room was a little small, but again met expectations so I'm really grasping at straws with this review.

The location is quite convenient, the rooms are relatively recently renovated, and the A/C works really well on hot summer days.
Staff are rude and condescending. When booking, we asked for a double room with one bed and a check in between 11am and noon. When we got there at noon, after a 9 hour flight, they told us our room wasn’t ready. We went for a walk in scorching heat, came back 20 minutes before listed check-in time to be told our room still wasn’t ready. Then, the receptionist found us in the lobby to tell us that another suite room was ready if we wanted it on a lower floor. We said we’ll wait until 2pm for the room on the higher floor, as the noise from the busy street outside would be more noticeable in a lower-floor room. When we went up to the reception desk at 2pm, the same receptionist started talking down to me and my husband about how check in is “after 2pm and you can’t expect the room to be ready right at 2pm.” After a lot of back and forth, he agreed to show us the room that was available. It was fine, but you could hear all the noise from the street even when all the windows were closed. At that point, I was really irritated by the fact that it was half an hour after check in time, a really hot day, and they hadn’t even offered us water and they were asking us to wait for an unknown amount of time for the room on the higher floor or to take the room that was noisy, so I made this known. The receptionist took us to the restaurant to offer us a single bottle of water. Out of fatigue, I agreed to taking the room. When we were finally settled, he called the room to check if our bags arrived but did not neglect to mention that the room they gave us was an upgrade over the one we had booked. We never asked for an upgrade, we just wanted a room hat was available when we arrived after a really long flight. They made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, didn’t give any information about the facilities the hotel had to offer. The boxed breakfast we were given was also disappointing.

I stayed at Una Hotel in Naples with my adult children. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was professional, polite and very helpful. We had dinner two evenings in the hotel's restaurant. The morning brunch is exceptional! The views are great and the quality of food was very good.
The hotel was great, however the location at night is a little intimidating. We chose the hotel for its convenient location to the train station as we used Naples as our base for tours in the area. We ventured out the first evening, and stayed in the remaining nights.
