Second time staying here. We love UNA Hotel - Naples so much. Right across from Centrale Station. You can walk or grab a train anywhere. It's safe at night. Property is so well maintained and staff are wonderful. They take pride in running this hotel. Breakfast and dinner on the rooftop restaurant is a dream, views of Vesuvius as you enjoy food and drink. I hope I'm lucky enough to visit here again. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Needs maintenance. The amenities stated in the write up on the website were not accurate. Only one bath towel provided and no washcloths were hand towels. We had to ask for an additional towel. I purchased both washcloths and hand towels for my use during my stay.

The rooftop bar was really nice and the room was decent, the bathrooms were quite spacious and the room was ideal.
The location was right next to the centrale station and the area around felt a bit unsafe, so i preferred to just either stay in the hotel or walk and explore other parts. Yet i wouldn't take away from the property and it's offerings.

Very good location for public transport (railway station, touristic buses etc) and good view to Vesuvius and main street to the city center. The breakfast was very good

The location is right by the train station and there were many homeless just in front of the hotel.
As two women traveling alone we did not feel safe walking around the area.
My daughters phone was taken put of her pocket a block away from the hotel.

We went to the archeological museum and to Pompeii/Herculaneum and this location was perfect. We came in on the train and left on a ferry, again you can’t improve on the location
Downtown Naples is a bit scudgy but not dangerous

Wonderful
Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good and the room was very nice. My room was with a beautiful view of the station. Inside the room it's a little on the older side, but there is everything that you may need: from a desk to every power socket you may want.
The position makes it one of the closest to the station, a little hard to cross the streets but still very easy to reach in a couple of minutes.
Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovations and the room was a little noisy since it was facing an always busy street. Aside from that everything else was pretty much perfect.
