Excellent location close to the train station. Dario was an excellent host and very helpful and the apartment itself was very comfortable with a large bathroom and had all that you needed. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks

Very good communication with the local owner through our entire stay in Napoli. We could rely on his support and help especially in the matter of parking lot for our car. Locatoon of the room is also a great advantage due to close distance to train station, bus and metro. Italian style breakfast was a nice start of each day :)

Fantastic host who was clear with instructions as we don't have an ounce of Italian language skills and he had better English. Provided allocated car parking space which is rare for downtown Naples and was very generous to let us leave our car parked after check out so we could spend the morning to explore even more. Fantastic location to walk to historical and street food of Naples and I believe close to train station too. The host took care of our comfort and safety from the moment we booked. Breakfast was provided by voucher to the nextdoor cafe and it was an excellent croissant with a beverage. Great for a short stay in Naples. AC, hot water works fine. Coffee machine, croissants and water in mini bar were good homely touch. Old-school small lift to take you to your room.
Room was tiny and bathroom even tinier but this is understandable for the price of a highly dense city. Blanket was just slightly thicker than a sheet so we resorted to getting our sleeping bag out for extra warmth. Not sure if it was the safest place to park as we noticed nearly half of the other neighbouring vehicles parked were empty of things except for a very heavy duty steering wheel lock but fine for a short stay.

Nice place in the heart of the city. Dario, the owner was very helpful. As promised we had a parking place in front of the building. We will definitely come back soon...

The owner was very fiendly and waited for us till late so as to finish our pizza before get to the appartment as we were very tired and needed to eat.He explained us everything not only about the appartment but also about the neighborhood, information about closed parking etc. The appartment was clean and cosy and had everything we needed.Next morning the owner was kind enough so as to keep our luggage safe after the time of check out and also charged the intercoms for the helmets!
If i remember well i think that a chair would be useful, but in general i dont find anything that i didnt like.

He answered any questions right away. And helped with directions and address. Location was wonderful
Everything you need was available
But you might not consider it newly constructed
I would stay there again if I visit Napoli
It was fine. Just needed renovation
Which might not be possible in Europe to maintain old buildings

Dario is very communicative and helpful. He lives on site so it was easy to contact him. The breakfast is provided by a pastry shop nearby and was delicious. The room was quiet.
The location is practical (near the train station) but not the most appealing. The mattress is a little bumpy.

Very nice host, who wanted to do his best for his guests. Good location, close to the train station.
Missed a desk, as I wanted to do some work on the computer. The breakfast was classic Italian and as a Swede I would have liked a slightly more complete breakfast.

The Host was really kind and helpful. The room was clean, well equipped and bed was comfortable. The washroom was also very clean. The coffee machine was definitely a plus.
The Host also got us a complementary coffee from a nearby bar :)
The location is very close to the train station and the center.
