What can I say... everything was perfect: location, cleanliness, size of room, comfort of mattress, air conditioning, tv, etc and last but not least kindness and responsiveness of owner in giving us useful info. I would also add that the room we were assigned has a small fridge (very useful) and we were given 2 free bottles of water every day.
The private terrace at the top of the building has a magnificent view over Naples!
We did not select the option with breakfast but passing by the breakfast counter, i can assure you that you should definitely consider that option for the variety of the mouth watering cakes, brioches, etc. present
Toledo metro station, as well as all kinds of typical small restaurants and pizzerie and "pasticcerie" are withing a few meters and all attractions are within walking distance, including Spaccanapoli attractions and monuments. TOP!

Location initially hard to find but once figured out was a good location to get around
When we arrived we did not know you had to put money in the elevator to go up to 4 th floor and had to carry our bags up. Then call the owner as we could not get in as he was not there

Great location in lively area. Main sights walkable. 10 minutes from the port. Very near Toledo Metro and part-pedestrianised popular shopping street. More food options than you could wish for. Fabulous host. Excellent budget options for solo travellers and couples wanting good quality but simple accommodation in one of the many narrow alleys. Street sound wasn't an issue. Lovely rooftop terrace. Loved it. Meet my requirements.
No significant issues. Shower fitting could have been better but easy to work around. Host supplies 20 cent coins needed to operate the small lift.

Very central. Not even a 5 minute walk from the taxi dropoff. It is a pedestrian area, so that helps when you are not used to crossing the roads. Friendly owner.
And as in all my reviews, is this a nice one off visit, or would I come here again?
I would come here again. Nothing bad to say about the place.
Not so much "didn't like" but "didn't expect". A truly TINY lift!! For 1 if you have a suitcase!!!

Excellent location very short walk to via Toledo which has lots of stores, restaurants.
There is a pizzeria literally next door.
Top floor, there is a small lift. We pressed the button and they buzzed us into the main entrance. Lovely Vincenzo came down the lift and took our luggage up and gave us coins to use for the lift for the duration of our stay.
Room was all Excellent, great bathroom, has a terrace with views.
Vincenzo was very helpful about local public transport options and events happening in the area. He gave us the option to store our bags on check out.
10/10 stay.

Vincenzo was a wonderful host. Breakfast was lovely. The room was very nice and clean and had a fridge
Nothing we didn't like. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities available other than at breakfast.

Our stay at this place was truly extraordinary. The room was impeccably clean, warm, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. Enzo, the host, was so kind and absolutely helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was another highlight, offering a variety of delicious cakes, fresh coffee choices, cheese, ham, butter and bread and many more. We were completely full after breakfast, so it is definitely worth booking a room with breakfast included.
The location was perfect, right in the Spanish Quarter, making it convenient to explore Naples. One thing to note, the tourist tax is paid in cash only. So it's good to keep that in mind.
If we visit Naples again, Enzo's place would undoubtedly be our first choice to stay. Thank you so much! :)

This apartment was right in the heart of one of Naples most lively districts, an excellent location. On arrival we were met by the owner who was friendly and welcoming, providing lots of great local information that helped us out over our stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with a well appointed bathroom. We loved the balcony as we could watch the locals going about their daily lives. The location was great as it was right in the heart of the Quartieri Spagnoli, which is such a vibrant area. The breakfast was so nice with loads of choice and really good quality produce. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice specious room, well equipped for guests, everything in sufficient quantity and works well. The owner Enzo is very hospitable and easy to communicate. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants, bars, metro stations, and shops all around. I loved the bathtub in the middle of the room—it was such a nice surprise!
Although I was informed that I hadn’t booked breakfast (I am not still sure if it was right)I was kindly invited to enjoy it for free, which was a wonderful gesture.

We had a great stay. The host was amazing, always ready to help with anything. The place is cleaned daily, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast had many options - pastry, pies, cornflakes, toasts, coffee, tea... We liked everything :) And not to forget that the location of this place is at the very heart of Naples!
