The rooftop terrace is amazing -you can see Mount Vesuvius perfectly, and it's also where they serve breakfast each morning, which made every start of the day special!
Also, Mario, was incredibly kind and helpful. He shared with us great tips about the city -from local restaurants to how to get around -and made us feel very welcome!

This place was really great. The location was very central to where we wanted to be. Daniele was a wonderful host. He was very accessible on WhatsApp and answered all our questions very promptly. Kiara kept everything so clean and made us delicious fresh homecooked breakfasts every morning and tidied up our room. She was such a pleasure and met us with a smile every morning. The entire B&B was comfortable to use, shared spaces were great, and having a refrigerator was super useful. We stayed in Room 4. The air conditioning worked well, important during the warm days. One of the biggest bonus for us was the water pressure and water temperature in the bathroom; it was strong! Hot water was hot and the cold water was nice and cold. And the view from the terrace was WOW. Our experience was extremely positive. Grazie mille to Daniele and Kiara. Chris and Soo.
This is more of a heads-up information for new visitors, not a complaint and not unique to this building. Many B&Bs share this trait: The entrance to the B&B from the street is quite unremarkable in that it is not obviously advertised as a B&B from the exterior. It is very nondescript from the street level. We were quite confused when we first arrived to find a very big metal door with a very small door within it. It did not seem like the correct location, but it was. You will see a call box on the lefthand side listing the B&B. Once you enter through the metal door, you will find an elevator / lift. Extra pro-tip: try to have a 10 cent euro handy as the elevator takes payment, unless you prefer to walk the stairs to the fifth floor. Or you can wait for one of the hosts to come and get you. Don't worry, Daniele has 10 cent euros for your subsequent elevator rides. Please do not let any of this deter you. This is a wonderful B&B.

The place was near city center. Short walk to restaurants, market and shops. There is a taxi stop on the left of the property 2 min walk. Daniele took care of our airport transfers. Kiara prepared our delicious homemade breakfast with a view of Mt. Vesuvius. She helped advise with tours. Our room is always clean, big and comfortable and clean big towels & amenities. Very near Napoli port by taxi to get ferry for the islands and meeting place for tours. We felt very comfortable and safe in our very first B&B experience. Our driver was very friendly.

The location is on the central shopping street, step out of the amazing historic door into the bustling hub bub of Naples. When you arrive on the 5th floor (lift available) of this historic building with beautiful stairways the peace and quiet envelopes you. Access to a beautiful balcony, with Vesuvius and the harbour in the distance the peace and quiet continues. A very generous breakfast, fresh fruit, homebaked cakes and warm eggs - keeps you full all day.
Some sunloungers would have been welcomed.

Enjoying as a solo traveler! The location is excellent, historic building/street is great and the breakfast made by Ketty is excellent, in particular having breakfast at the balcony on top of the building (5TH floor) with a spectacular view of mountain and sea scenery ...! Ketty is so helpful and nice.

The location was fantastic - it is on the main street however, the BnB itself is tucked away on the top floor (facing other apartments) and thus we had a very quiet room with great view. Nice blackout shutters and warm room too which was perfect for the winter. All the staffs were friendly - Katie was fabulous with our breakfast (different homemade breakfast every day!) and hospitality, funny Daniele and Ramy was extremely helpful and gave us many tips to explore Naples :) The bed was also firm and we also enjoyed the hot shower.

Fantastic location! We were able to easily walk everywhere and when necessary the metro was only a 5 minute walk away.
Katie prepared an amazing breakfast every morning with a selection of local specialties as well as eggs. Ramy was very helpful at check in and gave us a few great restaurant recommendations.
The terrace is a great place to watch sunset.

The breakfast was lovely, highlight of the stay. Stunning view over the city and to Vesuvius from the terrace. Right in the centre of the town on via Toledo, but surprisingly quiet inside. The block is slightly crumbling but that adds to the charm.
The rooms are a little basic, but comfortable and a good size.

Location, breakfast, view - all are great here! The host was very helpful and courteous giving us plenty of useful local information right at the beginning. The apartement is located in one of the main streets of Naples but distanced from it by a front yard providing for quiet evenings, lying between two metro stations both within easy walking distance.
We were promised to be afforded with a wash-machine. We planned our trip accordingly. It turned out only in the apartment that there isn't one :(

The friendliest, kindest people I’ve ever stayed with. The whole team were so friendly, helpful and made it such a beautiful warm place to call home for a few days. They were all so helpful, inviting, gave great insight into Naples and how to take day trips to Amalfi, and around Italy. The beautiful breakfast on the terrace, my washing got done! Just the kindest people ever.

We had a great stay! Even though we arrived early, a staff member kindly welcomed us. The room was spacious, very clean, and cozy. On the day we left, they let us store our luggage and relax on their beautiful terrace until departure. The handmade breakfast was delicious. Also, in the center of Naples. Highly recommend!
