The owner is a lovely woman and most helpful! The location is very good for exploring the historic district. Be aware that payment is due in euros to the owner when you arrive. Venus, you are great.
It was difficult to cool the room in this heatwave, but it was OK. Walking a block or so to get breakfast was different, but fine. So these are not serious dislikes, just something you should know.

Breakfast was in a cafe down the street , coffee and sweet roll. It was very tasty.
Fridge in room was filled with water, lemon drink, tea drink and wine. Water was refilled each day.
Owner gave us a little parting gift.
The room accommodations are excellent. The only problem is the street noise until very very late at night. If you bring ear plugs or a sleep sound machine you will be happy.

Very Good
Host was very accomodating, brought beer to our room on arrival, and Espesso in the morning. Room was very clean, appeared newly renovated.
Location is on a busy inner city street so lots of daytime noise, but to be expected. Location was second floor through several gates and stairs so not easily accessible, but host again stayed in constant contact via WhatsApp, guiding us to the suite.

Fantastic location, staff friendly and helpful. Room serviced each day. Easy access, lift available. We were able to view the street from our balcony. Spent time, people watching and enjoying the street activity. There is no street noise once doors are closed.

Location was excellent. Hosts were perfect. Facilities were great. Fridge in room had free drinks, which on arrival was a bonus, which impressed me.
They need to get rid of the breakfast option, as it's a proper let down, and the main reason why i and others (seeing their reviews) haven't given this place a 10. Had to pay an extra 2 Euro's for breakfast (to swap the coffee for a juice), which was offensive and really annoyed me.

What an absolute pleasure it is to be able to stay in this property. The owners, Roberto and Venera, did everything to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I felt as a true guest of honor. Thank you so much for sharing restaurant and tourist tips for Naples and for all the kindness that you have given me. I hope to one day return to Naples and stay with you again.

It was a comfortable, clean room in an otherwise gritty city. The suite, behind a gated door, felt safe. The location is in the heart of the historic center. Our hosts were wonderful and helpful — and they gave us a bottle of wine and a bottle of water as a welcome gift.
The lights in the outside stairwell weren’t turned on as long as we needed them. We used our phone’s flashlights for extra visibility. This was a building management problem, not in control of our hosts.

I loved this place and would certainly stay again if returning to Napoli. Perfect location for exploring the city. Beautiful building, much nicer than a hotel, making you feel like a local resident.
We received a wonderfully warm welcome which included a glass of limoncello, and wanted for nothing during our stay. Chilled bottled water was provided in the refrigerator, and topped up each day. The bakery where breakfast is provided is on the same street only a short walk away. The room was spotlessly clean, and comfortable, and would recommend to anyone.

Central location close to the Cathedral and within easy walking distance of Naples’ many attractions. Some welcome touches - a drink on arrival, water in room and I was even given a bottle of wine. Free tea and coffee available in reception all day.Room was well sound-proofed. Very friendly owners. I was given a voucher for breakfast at a nearby café.
