The design, the comfort of the lobby, the extremely cordial staff, the great selection at breakfast, the cleanliness, the location.
The bed was a little too firm and the two pillows on the bed were flat and too soft. No extra pillows in the closet.

The reception staff was incredible. Helpful with sightseeing and directions. They allowed a later check out because of the time for our train. They went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable.
The hotel was great but Naples as a city was my least favorite place of all the areas we visited in Italy.

Great location for early flight - grabbed shuttle across the street. Came in on train, so good for that too. Beds were comfy, room was clean, quiet, and dark. We had great pizza around the corner at Nonna Anna’s

This location is directly across from the train station. We were able to store our luggage after checkout as we had an all-day tour. This allowed us to do the tour and not worry about our luggage. Greatly appreciate that!

The breakfast was good with a verity of choices. Location couldn’t be better. Across from the train station and metro. Restaurants in the piazza. This was my second stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I loved the bathroom. It was large and well lit and had amble towels and even facial tissue. The breakfasts were great.
It was my favorite hotel of all in my 3+ weeks in Italy. The location across from the station was perfect.
I asked the desk for an early check in and they weren't able to accommodate which was disappointing. The didn't have any flexibility beyond the standard 3pm timing. They did store my luggage though.

The hotel is very, very nice, but it’s not in the best place in Naples, but we already knew that, but it served our needs that we needed for that one nights stay.

We were upgraded to a corner room junior suite. Very spacious and comfortable with walk-in closets and a comfortable sitting area. Close to central rail station. The Odeon restaurant in the hotel is very nice.
Climbing in and out of a high sided bathtub to shower is always a negative.

Staff was great. Friendly and very helpful. Clean hotel. Breakfast was great. Hotel directly across from train station so easy to go to Pompei and to ferry for the Amalfi coast. Walking distance to several restaurant with outside seating.
American coffee was not available in room or free at hotel.

We had the Jr suite for 5 days and the room was immaculate. Huge room and beautifully decorated, very comfy extra large bed, comfy couch, and chair. Provided quality toiletries daily. Qtips, fingernail file, face pads, oh and a sewing set, which I really needed being my strap to my dress broke. Maid service everyday. My husband would sit in the chair while enjoying his morning expresso, and people watch. Coffee and fridge. High ceilings with Amazing tall doors to the balcony. We loved it so much, we will stay at Starhotel wherever we travel that has one. Staff was just as Amazing as the room itself.
Not having ice available without having to go to the bar, or Restaurant. They seemed annoyed when asked so I didn't ask again.
