Breakfast was good, bed and the other facilities were good
Air conditioning is not good, very weak . I notified the receptionist and they know that there was a problem with entire air conditioning for the hotel but it will be fixed in the am. Very uncomfortable to sleep when its hot and no fan is available to be given to clients.

Perfect location near the train station. The room was spacious.
The view from the room. The staff was polite but didn't know enough information about several things around the city, info about visiting Pompeii and Vesuvius.

Very comfortable, spacious rooms. The hotel was
very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. Close to the main station in Naples. Close to big bus hop on hop off stop.
The surrounding area felt unsafe and was extremely dirty. I wouldn't wander around at night.

Very helpful and nice staff, they helped us planning a wonderful trip to Pompeii with a very short notice. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The rooms very nice and beds are comfortable. Excellent location.

Convienient to Rail station and airport. Buitiful architecture, breakfast very good . late check in no lproblem.
Barth room recent renovation, but water leaking from shower and probable from toilet.

A well-appointed hotel located next to the train station. The lounge was pleasant, and the room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and aperativo was served on a mini Ferris wheel, which was fun.
The room didn't seem to have double glazing as the street noise at night was an issue.

The hotel was practical. Location was good but the area was rough. Underground parking was good but limited on timings. Also they park your car so had to wait a long time every time I wanted to leave.
Room was small and no real water pressure in the shower. Hotel was a bit run down.
