Very Good
Room was clean and spacious, with a queen size bed and a single bed. Breakfast was good. Location was very good, and except for one late night of partying on a holiday with singing on the street into the wee hours, surprisingly quiet. There are plenty of small shops (including mini-markets for water, wine, snacks, etc.) and restaurants/cafes nearby. The neighborhood is crowded and chaotic -- that's Naples -- but safe.
The B&B is in a centuries-old building with no elevator. There are something like 84 steps to reach the hotel level. It is essential to call beforehand from the small plaza at street level so that the proprietor can come downstairs to assist with luggage. Persons who cannot handle multiple flights of stairs should NOT stay in this location. Even if you're not carrying a suitcase or carry-on, the stairs will wind you.

The man who worked at the desk and prepared breakfast was extremely kind and helpful. The location was very convenient to walk to anywhere in the historic district. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was wonderful.

We enjoyed our short stay. The room was very compact, but it included all the amenities we needed. Everything was updated and exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Great location in the old town. Management was very kind and accommodating. Fabio came down to greet us and help with the luggage. We would recommend staying here.
The biggest drawbacks were the somewhat sketchy entrance and the lack of an elevator—getting to the room required climbing 84 steps.

Location in the historic district. Older building with no elevator, but the host was very helpful with our bags. Rooms are very clean and standard. Offer a morning breakfast which was a nice touch.

Fabio met us on site and he’s just fabulous. He insisted on carrying our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. He provided tips of what to do around Naples. He’s so welcoming and friendly. We wanted to take him with us for the rest of our trip. The location is very central. It’s in the older part of town on a noisy, bustling street. But once you get in the property, it’s so serene and quiet. The rooms are clean and beautifully laid out. This was one of our favourite hotels in Italy.
Would have loved some fresh fruit at breakfast.
And this is not the property’s fault but just so travellers know, there are 4 high flights of stairs to get to the main door. No elevator/lift. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

Take into consideration you need to enter through a very small door from the outside and there is a climb of 3 large floors. There is no elevator. The manager assists with your luggage.
Additionally, room is spacious and modern and the shower is lovely but weak water flow.

First, Fabio was wonderful and sooo helpful! He made things so much easier for us! We really appreciated all his help and recommendations! The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was built in 1500 so there was not a lift (elevator) so we did lots of walking but it was worth it to be in that area with so many shops and great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and getting to know Fabio!

The receptionist, Fabio, was simply amazing. He was incredibly helpful and polite. This property deserves a perfect score, just because of him.
The only issue is that this property lacks an elevator, and it’s located on the 3rd floor.
