The staff were amazing!! It is a converted Palace and loaded with history…The staff so kindly helped us with luggage to the the taxi at the closest pickup point.
Excellent breakfast.
Our room was huge and spotless bathroom .
Plus extra points for the only hotel I have been in that has enough luggage racks for bags and suitcases!!
The bottled water everyday was lovely touch.
The chairs in the room were quite stained showing their age, honestly would suggest just get rid of them, and the room would be fine!

Beautiful hotel in the historic center of Napoli. The place is enchanting in an old palazzo. The room is great, spacious and beatuifully decorated. The people at the reception where very kind and helpful. Would definitively return!

A gem of a boutique hotel. Small and intimate, with a huge family room my kids adored with a special loft with two twin beds. Fun to look out our Juliette balcony to the busy pedestrian street below. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was also very helpful and kind.

This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had . Staff was superb. Our room was huge and excellently equipped. Location is wonderful.
Detailed instructions on how to find the hotel on its very busy street are needed. There’s a small wall plaque on the street, but easy to miss if you’re not looking for it.

Centrally located, spacious room, and friendly staff. They also had a rooftop that was accessible with beautiful views of the city.
This is a very minor complaint but the shower was a bit tiny and for some reason there was wet paint on the shower floor that I ended up stepping on.

We had a great stay at Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel in Naples. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic center, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and many of the city’s main sights. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel itself felt peaceful and quiet.
The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, helping us with directions, restaurant recommendations, and arranging taxis for us when needed.
Breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries, fruit, and good coffee to start the day. We also loved the charming courtyard, which was a relaxing spot to take a break from exploring the city.

This is NOT a 4 star property. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the appearance is super rundown and so is the approach to the hotel. The furniture is from the 70’s.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service, very polite and friendly staff, and charming rooms. It’s located right in the city center, housed in a historic building that once (reportedly in the 17th century) served as the Embassy of Calabria. Inside, everything is perfectly done (modern plumbing, AC, etc.) while preserving original historic features like floors, ceilings, and doors. Very authentic! There’s also a lovely rooftop terrace with beautiful views.
Just a heads-up: the hotel is located in a pedestrian area, so expect a 50-100m walk from taxis with your bags
