The property managers were great. Very attentive to your needs. Helped accommodate some changes to my booking easily.
Surprisingly didn’t hear noise outside considering we are right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood.

The apartment is centrally located, very clean, and pleasant.
I would suggest providing better instructions on how to find the apartment. I didn’t notice the entrance door and didn’t know which floor the apartment was on. Additionally, since the apartment is on a busy street, it’s noisy until late at night, even though the balcony door was soundproof.

The room was super clean, bed very comfortable, air-conditioning worked wonders (we encountered high temperatures during our stay). There's an elevator so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage. Located in the heart of Napoli, Metro station is about 10 minutes walk but it's ok.
It's not what we didn't like, but keep an eye for passing by scooters and cars even in pedestrian roads. It was kinda funny though.

The room was nice with incredibly high ceilings. The hosts were very responsive with good communications. Very central location.
Check in was a bit problematic as they insisted on payment even though it was pre-paid in advance. It was a very uncomfortable 5-10 minutes. Be sure to have records of your receipts handy. The host was very apologetic once it was sorted out.

The host was sweet and very responsive to questions. Location was convenient to restaurants and they provided tickets for a free breakfast at a local bakery. The apartment was secure and had an elevator which was welcomed!
I am a light sleeper; the refrigerator is loud along with the outside noises of trash trucks, motorcycles and people yelling made it difficult to sleep. Ear plugs helped tremendously.

The location was amazing, right on a street with the best food in Naples. We were worried that it would be super noisy, but the windows in the apartment were completely soundproof! Our host was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the historical centre, easy walk from the train station or port. Secure building, clean facilities and was useful to have access to the kitchen area. Check-in process was easy.

Host communicated excellently with us throughout, met us at the property to greet us and explain. The guesthouse is situated perfectly in the heart of the vibrant streets of Naples. Would definitely recommend this place to stay and would come back again soon!

I stayed for three days at SanBiago Guesthouse as a solo traveller. The location on Spaccanapoli was excellent, right in the vibrant centre of Naples…once the balcony door was closed there was no noise. The owner met me on arrival and gave me her number for contact on WhatsApp which worked well. After checkout I was able to leave my bags until closer to my departure time which was excellent.
Cars are not able to access this street so you’ll have to drag bags along the cobblestones. Once inside the small door there is a large courtyard with a lift to the 2nd floor!
Breakfast was a voucher for a nearby cafe, one drink and a cake which was fine.I had an oj as well which I paid for.
