the location was more than convenient as toledo is right down the street so you can easily get to anywhere in the city or transfer for pompei or other long distance stays and it’s surrounded by great sights, food and shops right along the street. breakfast provided right across was a great start to the day especially with the surreal view. floriana and francesco went out of there way to make sure we were able to do a late check in, gave great recommendations and were so sweet, would definitely recommend a stay here :)

Close to public transportation, clean, and fair price. Our room was on the 7th floor and had no street view, which made it quieter. We liked the cafe across the street for dessert or breakfast with an outdoor patio or indoor seating. The hosts were great in providing help when needed. We really appreciate the early morning taxi service to the airport that our hosts arranged when we left.
More gritty neighborhood than we are used to. This bnb backs up to very busy local shopping streets that were hectic, dirty, and chaotic. We did feel safe inside the bnb since there are multiple code locks. The bnb is on the 7th floor, but it was quite the learning curve to figure out when exhausted upon arrival. The host walks you through it on the phone.
The bed was hard. The view of the mountains from our room was pocket-sized. I did like that no direct sun hit our windows, so it probably stayed cooler than other rooms.
It's definitely an adventure and just part of our memories of Naples. We felt like we got a taste of what living in Naples would be like.

Location is excellent with brilliant views. Loved having the little kitchen and being provided with coffee etc to make espresso in the morning.
Everything generally very good. To make it better providing a kettle or separate pan to boil water for tea would be a bonus. The shower overflowed and the bathroom floor became quite wet. Maybe this could be sorted.

Disappointing
The accommodation was in a brilliant location, which allowed us to explore the local area and come back to the apartment to rest with ease.
- Principally, the smell was awful. The apartment smells like sewage and stagnant water. It was very unpleasant and off-putting especially at night time.
- The photos are misleading. It says 'bed & breakfast' but the apartment we stayed in was not tied to the b&b so no breakfast was provided.
- The kitchen lacked basic amenities. It has a frying pan, a cooking pot, some forks and knives to eat and a couple of spoons, coffee/sugar, Moka pot. However, there wasn't even a proper knife or chopping board to cut fruit/bread/meat.
- The apartment is on the 7th floor and the lift costs 20 cents each time. We were promised some 20 cents but none were provided.
- overall it was just a bit disappointing and we felt a bit misleaded given the description and the pictures.

Location was great, right in the centre of Naples and on the main shopping street. Easy to get there from the Metro, lots of places to eat nearby. Super helpful hosts.
Very noisy but we were right in the centre of the city. Shower could do with a screen or curtain as no matter what the water went all over the bathroom.

Great location, nice views and friendly hosts
Even though I messaged a few days before arrival with our flight details and approx arrival time we still had to wait 30 minutes for the hosts to let us in. The lift was out of action which was ok for us but we were told it was recently broken but we could easily tell that it had been broken for a while. Transparency is appreciated for those who struggle with the amount of stairs involved so that they can make an appropriate booking.
