This B&B in Naples is a true gem! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even providing an extra bed/cot for our little ones.
The cleanliness of the B&B was impeccable, truly 10/10. It was spotless and well-maintained.
One of the standout moments was when a staff member offered us the use of a pram for free after ours was stolen during a horse and carriage ride in Piazza del Plebiscito. This act of kindness was truly appreciated and made a difficult situation much easier to manage.
The location of the B&B is perfect. It's conveniently located near the port/sea, the Galleria, and many restaurants. Despite its central location, the B&B offers a peaceful retreat. It's tucked away from the street, accessible through a gate or little door, leading to the reception on the first floor. This unique setup provides a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of Naples.
I highly recommend this B&B for anyone visiting Naples. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, a fantastic location, and its unique, secluded setting make it a top choice.
While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. We found that breakfast options were somewhat limited, and it was sometimes difficult to get seating for our group of four. Additionally, items weren't always promptly replenished, and we often had to ask staff to refill them. The language barrier was also a bit of a challenge as staff had limited English.
Positive Aspects
However, these minor issues were overshadowed by the overall positive experience. The coffee was exceptional, truly on par, if not better, than what we had in some restaurants. And the pastries and cakes were absolutely delicious and definitely a highlight! We would have liked to have seen more savory options at breakfast, but the sweet treats more than made up for it.
I highly recommend this B&B for anyone visiting Naples. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, a fantastic location, and its unique, secluded setting make it a top choice, and the coffee and cakes are worth the stay alone! With a few tweaks to the breakfast service, it could be absolutely perfect.

The room was fine. The staff was very friendly but they speak very little English, so it was difficult to communicate.
The breakfast was poor. The felling was that the surroundings were quite dangerous and it was quite dirty as well.

The air conditioner was not working and the room was unbearably hot. There were no other rooms available, and staff did not have a fan to provide. A refund was not issued for the extreme inconvenience. The breakfast was underwhelming.

Breakfast was poor- no toaster, mangled butter, dreadful coffee machine.

Very old tiny lift that is being used by builders. Bathrooms not clean. Half bottles of shampoo provided. No shelf in the shower. Stained towel supplied was not changed. Bed linen too small.
Separating door lets you hear everything in the room next door. One hanger. No iron.
If a lost card 15Eu. Late to checkout 30Eu Fresh towels 15Eu.

Lovely hotel just a short walk from piazza del plebiscito which has loads of bars and restaurants. Room was very modern and clean. Staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. They also organised a tour to prochida island for us which was a great service too

Toilette was not working properly.
Breakfast was quite poor: regular basic breakfast were some days there were eggs and sausages, and some days not and no replacement either. Also they provide these pre-baked packaged pancakes which they were expired.

Location was amazing and the staff were exceptional. Breakfast room was tiny but fine.
The walk to the property was dirty but the area itself was very old and lovely to be in. The building is old and backs onto the beautiful square very near the sea front. Naples as a whole is not clean. Even to walk along the sea front was dirty but that is Naples. Still worth a visit as the architecture is amazing. Don’t forget a visit to Pompeii which is incredible.

Breakfast was fantastic, felt like there was good options with pastries, meat, hot drinks and juices. The room was quite spacious and clean. Appreciated the complimentary water in the mini fridge. Location was also very near to a pizza takeaway so we could order a pizza and bring it back to the hotel to eat.
The air conditioning at one point started leaking water for no reason and made a big puddle in the room, in which we had to wipe it up with one of the towels provided. I did contact the management about it and they said it's probably condensation and nothing to worry about and said it would be checked out in the morning. Also, since I checked in late, they gave me a code to use to get into the property but the second code to get to the actual property didn't work for soem reason. I then pressed the emergency contact button near the gate and spoke to someone to try to get in. I couldn't really hear them because the signal wasn't that strong. Luckily, there was a person who needed to get through and they had a keycard to access the property and let us in. We could then properly get our keycard to the room properly.
