It was Great! We were on a mother & daughter trip. We each had our own room. Each room was nice size,very clean, neat, clean bathrooms. From Pepe(so helpful), Luca (got our cabs for us)(brothers are owners) to Breakfast & cleaning staff were all so kind, helpful and very nice. The Breakfasts are great, fresh fruits, Italian pastries(the best ever!)espresso, cappuccino, coffee, tea, fruit juices etc. wonderful!! We will certainly recommend to family, friends and everyone else!! Hope to revisit them again one day soon. Pam Colao & Leah Colao Warren
We found everything just great. To us, the people that run and work there are one of the most important things that make a B & B,or hotel great. These people were wonderful and made you feel like family.

- Our rooms were very clean and comfortable.
- We had adjoining rooms each with a private patio area that was great especially in the evenings to sit and relax.
- Location enabled us to walk to many of the sites we wanted to hit while in Naples.

Breakfast was great, room was clean daily, and the location was close to town center and ferry terminal within 10 to 15 minutes walk. We like the local neighborhood restaurants that were not tourist traps.

Pepe and his two brothers (hosts) were great, there were 11 of us, they greeted us with joy like family just came back from a trip at check in, give us a lot of information about sightseeing tips and transportation. Very helpful making arrangements for our trip to the airport, some of us have a 6AM flight and it was well arranged with driver to pick us up at 3:30AM to the airport.
The daily breakfast were great, we thought is was continental breakfast, but it full Italian's breakfast, great coffee and expresso. The property location is great, less than 10 minutes walks to the town square, shopping district, and locate restaurants.

Very clean and well kept, everything looks new. No signs of minor repairs as is too common.
Staff really made an effort to help in anything.
Location isn't great, and since transportation options around the city are poor we ended up walking more than we would have preferred.
The staff's grasp of English is seriously lacking (Though with a lot of good will we managed)

Ideally located within walking distance of major attractions in central Naples, as well as the ferry terminals to Sorrento, Amalfi, and Capri. The friendly, family-run establishment was very attentive, always ready to answer any questions. The mattress on the bed was incredibly comfortable, and most importantly, the entire accommodation was very clean. ?
The pillows on the beds were uncomfortable, and the walls are so thin that you can hear the guests' phones vibrating next door, not to mention being woken up at 4 a.m. just by guests talking. Unfortunately, there were no facilities in the room to make a hot drink.

Liked:
• Excellent and helpful owners;
• Clean, tidy and extremely quiet;
• Breakfast is not extensive (without hot dishes), but sufficient (but there is a lack of vegetables and too many sweet cakes). There is an opportunity to use the kitchen equipment at any time. There you will also find water, wine at an affordable price.
• Good location - you can reach the main historical sites (St. Chiara, Duomo) on foot. It is nearby Pl. Plebiscito and King Palace.
• Not fast, but good wi-fi connection;
• After checking out, you can leave your luggage without problems (and fees);
• In fact, it is a private small hotel (only 6 rooms);
• The establishment perfectly corresponds to the level of a small economy class hotel;
• I recommend it for economy stay.
Disliked:
• There is a lack of vegetables, and too many sweet cakes for breakfast;
• Early check out (10 am). There are additional fees for arriving at the hotel after 8 pm 15-30 Eur (we didn't need it);
• Triple room was a bit too small.
Problems of the city of Naples (not the hotel):
• I expected better cleanliness and order in the City (in older districts).
• Homeless people nearby main Historical buildings.
• Townspeople speak almost no English.
• Taxi fare to the airport is fixed at 28.5 Eur (~10 km) !

We were very happy with our choice of accommodation in Naples! The apartment is in the historical part of the city in a quiet and safe area. The room is spacious with quality cleaning. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Delicious breakfast. The owners are attentive and friendly, available to help at any time. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

We enjoyed and liked everything about the hotel. We were especially impressed with the staff. From the owners/managers to the ladies who provided an excellent breakfast as well as the cleaning people. When going back to Naples, we will definitely stay at the Regina Margherita Suite. It is in the top 10% of our favorite hotels.
Don't change anything. Keep exceeding your customer's expectations and you will always get more customers and great ratings.
