I liked the neighbourhood. The fact that it had a doorman a person at the entrance. Felt very safe. I travelled with a friend. Only the 2 of us so safety was very important to us. The landloard lady is just so nice she expected us gave us the Keys and explained to us everything. She gave us a map of napoli as well and advised us what to see and how. It was very good advice and it was easier like that. I truly liked this accomodation because of how "human" everything felt, not robotical... I value a lot when people are nice and genuine. Of course the location was close to the metro station line 1 and you can use that to go to the port or to the central station or other places. There are restaurants and caffes really close by, supermarkets as well. Also very clean and cozy like it a lot. When I come back to Naples I will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast served to outside locker each morning. Great location- easy access to metro and some locations in walking distance. Well thought out furniture for the small room.
Small room, small bathroom. Cleaning was expected to happen each day, even on arrival day when we had only been in the room for 8hours (sleeping overnight). Breakfast was good first morning, then very basic.

Very Good
Comfortable room and very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Very easy access to the metro. 15 mins into the city centre.
The room is a little noisy at night from street traffic and other residents.
