Comfortable room and very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Very easy access to the metro. 15 mins into the city centre.
The room is a little noisy at night from street traffic and other residents.

This is truly exceptional place - new, clean, nice and cosy, the owner is great, the location is just next to metro, or short ride by taxi to the center. There are also bars and restaurants around and the neighborhood is calm.

Good location. There is a Carrefour in front of the building, which is very convenient. It is also close to the metro and to the via Luca Giordano, where one can find nice restaurants and cafeterias. The room is clean and has a small fridge and a coffee machine.
You can't turn on the heater from inside the room, only through a different room where you have no access (perhaps for economy measure). It was cold during my stay so I had to request to turn on the heater, which they did. However, the heater turned off during the night, leaving us cold. Breakfast consists of a basket of packaged snacks. Private parking is available for 20 euros/day. Bathroom has a good size but the room itself is not very spacious. Mine faced the building corridor, which can make you hear some noises.

Location of the property is in Vomero, the best residential part of Naples. There is metro station and nice cafeterias nearby. Good wi-fi. Kind host. We will be back,
It is not negative, just for information - parking is possible in the nearby garage with additional charge of 20 EUR/day.

Amazing place and host. It was perfectly clean. Every day comes a woman that cleans a d everything looks like the first day. The bathroom it's nice, there is a coffee machine and a fridge, the bed is huge! We are amazed with that place. And it's in front of the metro. I will visit again if comes in Napoli.
