Wonderful
In the apartment there is all necessary for pleasant stay- air conditioner, washing machine, well equipped kitchen. The host is so kind and supportive.
The appartmet is situated in very old and dirty area. The outside environment is so noisy, smelly, crowded and overflowing trash cans but it is valid for the whole city, unfortunately.

apartments in a very good location and at the same time in a quiet street, helpful host, everything you need was included - electric kettle, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, dishes and more

Great location - right in the center of the old town. The property is cozy and spacious. It is equipped with everything you need.
The hot water in one of the apartments was not always on disposal.
No windows in the bedrooms of one of the apartments.

Exceptional
This third floor apartment is clean and modern. There are two bedrooms with double beds which comfortably sleep four. The kitchen has great facilities and seating for watching TV. WiFi and AC are provided. Communication with the host prior to our stay was excellent and we were welcomed in-person upon arrival. I recommend Queen Carolina's as a great place to stay for exploring the historic centre of Naples.

Wonderful
Right in the heart of the city in an old building you will find Mrs Marina's apartment and you will be given the opportunity to live like a Napolitano for a few days. Spacious with two bathrooms is ideal for family. Alessandra will help you with everything in need so totally recommend it and looking forward to my next stay when back in Napoli.
The only bad thing is the stairs but it also enhance the spirit of the city

the location was very good
it was noisy. The neighbor ringed our bell in anger because we left our shoes to dry outside (while he was doing the same). The bathroom leaked water and smelled of moisture. The main room had some glass bricks that were connected to the neighbor bathroom, so when he went there on the night the whole bedroom was illuminated.

A very good central position to visit the sights and attractions of Naples Old Town on foot. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the staff we met were friendly and helpful .
We knew in advance that the apartment was on the third floor, but we still found the 59 step old style staircase rather daunting. There were some niggles such as both the WiFi and TV remote control not working.

We did not book this place. Ours was cancelled and Booking got this one for us. We did not met the owner, but we was very communicative. We met a lad that does the check-in/out and cleaning, and although his English was weak, he made an effort. He was very nice, and the house was spot clean. The apartment is big and well located. They were nice to let us leave our bags after check-out on another house.
Stairs and no elevator, expected on these old buildings, but still tiring. Water pressure was very, very low, shower was broken and came off with the (low) water pressure and temperature was inconsistent. Other than that we really don't have much to complain.
