Part of the Galleria Umbero 1 complex, this location was ideal to reach all the tourist sites, a few minutes from a line 1 metro station, steps to the Centrale funicular...
The room, being on two floors is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

This property is in such a wonderful location for downtown Naples. Walking distance to so many sites around the city and if the site isn't, there is a metro stop 2 minutes away. Wonderful food, friendly staff, quiet building, and once again, wonderful food!
This no fault of the property but only highlights the energy of the city, some nights you could hear folks out on the streets in the distance having fun. It never really interfered with our ability to go to sleep at night but definitely something worth noting if you're a light sleeper. The nighttime energy never persisted super late either.

Location excellent for the visits to the shoreline, harbor and surrounding area. Close to restaurants and bars. Room comfortable, clean, spacious for two. Host was very nice and attentive. Really appreciated the 4 page list of recommendations for things to see and places to go!
Walk was a good 20-30mins to the old town/ city center.

We wanted something with personality and it got that Italian flair, two-level feeling, and in a splendid location to the the chic side of town, the funicular up to the castle, as well as the historic side of town. The airport bust stops 10min walk away, super convenient.
Perhaps a little bit to the more expensive than you get side of the budget slider but that’s all (and obviously very individual).

Location is amazing. Walk to ferry terminal at Beverello or Municipio station for subway. Easy access upon arrival to Naples by plane, train or ferry. Especially appreciate a comfortable firm bed, quality linens and the Malin + Goetz toiletries. Next door to Galleria Umberto I and across from the Theater San Carlo. This place is among the very best places we have stayed in a city! Barbara is an awesome host!

Great location and fairly central. The metro station is a few minutes walk and lots of restaurants nearby
The bed wasn’t great, for tall people it was a struggle. The toilet is wall hung and feels like it’s about to fall off the wall when anyone sits on it

You should definitely stay here when you come to Naples!! They were so accommodating and welcoming and the room was excellent and equipped with everyone you need. The location is honestly second to none. It was the perfect stay and we will definitely be back!! Thank you to the team there!!!
