Alessandro provided excellent instructions, including videos, for finding the location (which is a little bit off the beaten path) and for accessing the property. He also greeted us each morning at breakfast and was very helpful with directions to San Severo Chapel, dinner suggestions, and even arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport the day we left. Each morning, Alessandro made coffee to order and provided a nice breakfast of fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, fresh delicious pastries, water, and juices. Our room was very clean, a good size, and included a sofa with a not-quite king-size comfortable bed. The balcony was a nice feature, allowing us to check on the morning's weather. The location is just what we wanted--near Via dei Tribunali.
There's very little not to like about Parthenope Suite. Be aware that there's no elevator and the property is one floor up. For others, that may be a problem, but it was okay with us as we only had small luggage. The balcony did overlook the street and there was sometimes noise from a passing vehicle or motorbike, but it wasn't a major thoroughfare so it wasn't constant.

Beautiful green large sheet marble bathroom. Pleasant breakfast slightly larger than usual Italian street breakfast—just right.
For first timers to Naples, the location is hyperlocal, but in daylight you’re a few blocks from tourist zone of Il centro.

We have really enjoyed our stay here. Alessandro and his wife are so kind, helpful and welcoming. He gave wonderful suggestions for daily activities and a great walking video tour that we followed thru the city. Breakfast was delicious with local pastries and great Italian coffee/espresso. Location is centrally located to all the main attractions of the city. Easy to get around. We have enjoyed our stay immensely, largely due to our host and hostess. Thank you!

Alessandro was very kind and had very helpful videos showing how to find the building, access the building, and access the room. On the morning I checked out he provided a video showing the easiest way to get to the ferry in Naples, which was where I was headed to continue my trip. Very kind and very helpful! I would highly recommend this B&B. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was very near a lot of historic areas and was easy to find.

Everything was great, exactly as expected – nothing was disappointing.
The staff were exceptionally friendly. Alessandro was very attentive, checking in every day to see if he could help with anything, sending us videos with directions, and recommending great places to eat. He was always kind and helpful – just like the entire team at the property.
Breakfasts were delicious and filling, in true Italian style. Each morning we had five different sweet pastries, yogurts, cereals, some fruit, juices, water, and coffee.
The accommodation itself was clean, tidy, nicely decorated, and just like in the photos. We felt comfortable throughout our stay. In the room there was a mini-bar fridge with items available at an extra charge – it really came in handy a few times and the prices were reasonable, I never felt overcharged.
As for the location – PERFECT. Right in the heart of the old town, close to all the main streets, it’s a great starting point for exploring the city and trying local restaurants. The street itself is quiet at night, so there are no late-night parties under the windows, but once you step outside you’re immediately in the middle of the action. If you’re planning a whole week just at the beach, it might not be the ideal choice. But if you prefer city life, this is definitely a top location. I felt like I could reach almost every important spot in the city – as well as the metro and train stations – within 15–20 minutes on foot.
When booking, keep in mind a few things mentioned in other reviews:
- the street is narrow, so taxis cannot drive directly to the property – you’ll need to walk about 100 meters
- the apartment is on the 1st–2nd floor, accessed by stairs
- the street is a typical Naples alley, narrow with tall buildings – so don’t expect breathtaking window views, that’s just how the city is
For me, none of these were drawbacks. I knew exactly what to expect and still rate this place 10/10.

Great location! Alessandro was amazing with providing directions and assistance as needed. Especially with assistance getting from airport and to train station etc.
Taxi would not travel down street so dropes us a couple streets away. Was OK once we figured out our exact street to walk down.

The accomodation located in the very centre of Napples is a perfect place to start sightseeing of the city an surroundings. The owner Alessandro is a very friendly and very helpful gentleman. He took a very good care of us and gave us interesting info re sightseeing. Besides, we liked very much the breakfast. The Napoli one was excellent and cause we stayed rather a long time there Alessandro offered us also a very tasty saulty breakfast. Besides, the room and bathroom were very clean. We can strongly recommend this B&B shall you plan to visit Napoli.

Parthenope suite is at the heart of the historical centre in Napoli. The room was perfect, very clean and the bed was big and comfortable. Alessandro, the owner, was the most helpful and kind host. He told us all the higlights of Napoli, by sending us super videos that he created himself and made our trip so easy and fun. Also the cleaning lady was very kind and she made us the best napolitan breakfast. Everything was perfect!
