Close to subway station.
Check out at 10am. No complementary water, 3 euro for a small bottle of water. No electric kettle, no coffee machine, no glasses in the room. Very low quality fuxtures in the bathroom - everything falls apart at a slightest touch.

The service is poor but mostly there is a bar next to the hotel that has music until 3am. It is very hard to rest properly there.

Our whole experience in this hotel is not really good, so I would say we liked only the bed - it was comfortable and very big and the fact that they have a secure private parking in front of the hotel, which was very important to us.
The hotel is outdated, even though it looks completely different on the Booking photos. We didn’t have good water pressure to take a shower properly and there was a very bad smell outside in the whole area around hotel that really ruined our experience even more.

The room was clean and silent, the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast is not worth the price (automatic-machine coffee? In Naples? Seriously?). The structure is quite old but still works fine.

Great stay in Naples. It’s not in the center and you have to take the metro but that was not a problem for us at all. Short walk from the hotel. We booked mainly for the secure free parking near the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms were very clean.
The breakfast was not great, very heavy carb loaded and not best quality of products used. I ordered scrambled eggs and charged me 8€!! There was a very strong smell throughout the hotel of fried foods/oil. The pillows in the bedroom were very uncomfortable. The minibar could be better equipped. There is nothing to do around in this neighborhood.
