Owner was fantastic. Helped in every way to make you at home in Naples. Location great. Breakfast wonderful. Luigi anticipates your every need and does everything he can to help. He suggests excellent restaurants and locations to visit . Best B&B I have ever stayed .

Breakfast, location, room comfort. Everything was perfect and pretty enjoyable. All the three of us spent a great time there, not far from the historical city center.
Nothing, but I would suggest to improve wi-fi if possible (I know old buildings with huge walls like the one where the B&B is located, do not help).

The breakfast was brought in each morning and was a tasty typical Italian breakfast with pastries and coffee. A special shoutout to Luigi and team who got my wife a wonderful gluten free croissant
It would have been nice to have a kettle to boil water.

The room and common area was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with various pastries, bread, fresh fruit, coffee and juice everyday. The owners and staff were very accommodating and was always checking in to make sure everything was ok. They offered to help even when help was not expected, an example being that the owner reached out to his travel agent friend when he found out our flight to Athens was cancelled. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many places. The check in process was very simple as the owner provided very clear instructions. We will surely stay here if we're ever in Naples again.

I believed I was booking a B+B which means breakfast included in the price. This is the standard agreement with B+B's...but not here. I also believed I read special notice in the booking that said "breakfast included'. I was informed at breakfast that it was not in fact included. Apparently I missed the fine print in the booking that stated that.
Disappointed to learn of the 16 Euro cost of a breakfast for me and my wife. Well...live and learn...watch for this in the Booking .com site for this hotel.

The location was within walking distance to some awesome pizzeria, not 1 min! The hosts were responsive to our needs and questions. Instructions to check-in were clear and precise. The place was clean and pleasant. Our laundry was cleaned by the B&B when I inquired about the location of the washing machine. Grazie !During the day, a gentleman was on duty at the entry to the building.
It would have been very useful to have had hooks in the bathroom. A supply of teabags would have been lovely.?

We had an amazing stay at this B&B! The location is perfect, just a stone’s throw away from the old town, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The room was spotless and very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
Luigi, our host, was exceptional—truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly attentive and gave us plenty of valuable tips to make the most of our trip. Highly recommend staying here!
