The location is in the center and you can reach everything easily. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. They gave me a free upgrade to the 30th floor. The room was very nice and big and the best was the view over the whole city, the sea, the Vulcano and Capri. Absolutely amazing!

The hotel is in a gritty area of downtown, and it faces a traffic-choked main street with garbage piled not far from the hotel entrance. Yet this part of the city has its charms with good restaurants, the towering medieval Castel Novo, and docks for cruises to Capri etc all within walking distance.
The NH Napoli Panorama Hotel is a modern, high rise building in downtown Naples with all the services one would expect from a 4 star hotel. Yet the hotel lacks a security guard in the lobby, there is no concierge desk, and the bellman only pops into the lobby occasionally.
My wife and I had a pleasant three night stay up until the theft of my bag in the lobby on checkout. We spent a frenzied afternoon filing a police report, scrambling to recover prescription info and missing phone chargers, drafting an inventory of lost valuables…and in the process losing our plane to Palermo — and having to pay again for a later flight!

The bed was very uncomfortable. Cheap mattress. After 18-hour commute to Napoli, a good night’s sleep is important.

Great view from the tallest building in Italy. I was on the 28th floor. It was a luxury stay. Being close to the ferries to go the Capri and the Amalfi coast was helpful.
Very chaotic last two days with strikes. The taxi strike made many of us to miss our train and flight connections and no way to reschedule. You could not contact by phone or internet. That was not the hotel’s fault. They did everything possible but reception was not aware of the strike that day either. They did their best to Explain the subway and bus system to travelers.

Breakfast was ok
Had a bad experience with this hotel. Booked 2 nights but we left the second morning. The room is super small that you can barely pass between the bed and the wall. You can shower in the toilet if you’re little overweigh, too small.
TV was not working in the room as well, AC was heating instead of cooling and the most terrible WIFI coverage I’ve even seen.
