The reception and staff were so friendly.
The atmisphere was warm and cosy.
It had a beautiful terrace in the 6th floor.
The beds had no curtains, so whenever someone entered the room and turned on the lights, the whole room became bright, which was very disturbing.
The mattresses were far from standard but they were so worn out that you would just sink into them.
The kitchen was poorly equipped; there weren't enough utensils, such as spoons, forks, or even frying pans.
Also, the check-in process was slow. I received a message to do the online check-in to save time, but I still had to wait for 10 minutes and go through the whole process again once I arrived.

The building is older and doesn't look great from the outside. However as soon as you take the elevator up to the 3rd floor and enter Ostello Bello Napoli you'll enter a different world entirely. ?
It's very clean, has a great bar/lounge area, and the rooftop terrace has some incredible views of Naples.
The private rooms on the 5th floor are similar to staying at a luxury hotel but for an affordable price. ?
The room keys being phone/app based is a little different, but very convenient once you get used to it.

Always loved with Ostellobello Hostel ... the staff helpfull and nice, location very centre and best spot, about the facility ... only Ostellobello provide kitchen well, not only utensils but the pasta, vegetables, fruits, drink for free all daylong . The best Hostel Kitchen everrrrrr ?

The staff is amazing. You feel like you’ve been brought into a family, but the family of the coolest people you’ve ever met. They have free pasta and sauce and garlic and veggies in the kitchen!!! They have sparking water dispenser and coffee available at all times! They a beautiful terrace bar and a beautiful rooftop. The location is PERFECT. Ostello Bello Napoli is like a beacon and lighthouse for good people and happy travelers, musicians, artists, free spirits with big hearts. it is a very special place.
Really no complaints. I’m partial to hostel beds that have the privacy curtains and the sleep pod style, which this Ostello Bello does not, but the other amenities far outweigh that detail for me :)

The place is located in a very nice area and there are many things to do there, like a common area with a small bar. Also, everything was really clean, the dorm was so comfy! The staff always seemed very friendly, specially Francesca, she was so nice with me and my friends!!

It's central located but the best part was fun. There is so many thins to do. They are all so friendly, free drinks, free food all over the place. My stay was short but I want to come back to Naples just to be in this hostel again.

Location is okay, not really in the center buy very accessible. Staffs were friendly.
Facilities were outdated but loved the smart gate/ access to the rooms. It was more of a stop, in my 3days there, almost everyday it was a different bunch of girls. Hard to find friends.
