Valentina house staff such a beautiful person
Marco and his mate picked us up from the airport and dropped us to the house. My husband left a pair of expensive earphones in the car and within seconds we rang Marco to return them. He seems to always have excuse. We have offered to pay for them to be posted to us but just been ignored.
Son got an electric shock from one of the sockets in the living room while plugging in his phone to charge and had to be taken to hospital. Was kept in for a few hours.

Very, very pleasant and helpful host (manager of the property).
When we arrived it turned out that our apartment does not have window in the dining room and has only tiny window in the sleeping room. It was not the apartment shown on the photos, but alternative one. Host allowed us to move to apartment next door (one with the window; shown on booking), but only for 2/3 nights. Last night we had to move to one without window. Breakfast was OK. Make sure that you understand which apartment you are arriving to; photos are misleading/ mixed/ incorrect.

Marco was very friendly and accommodating, very responsive at any time to messages and whenever troubleshooting was needed.
The breakfast was great!
Loved the painted ceiling.
More shabby than chic, especially the bed covers.
Our room overlooked a busy street so it was a bit noisy.
It’s hard to heat up the space given the high ceilings.

The apartment was a well renovated place in a traditional napolitan building. It’s only 10 minute by car from the airport and only 10 minutes walk from the historic city center. The employees were very friendly and willing to give us advice about the city. Also the breakfast was delicious and it was brought to our apparent right on time every day. I would surely recommend it!

The apartment was in a good location, very central only about 10 minute walk to central train station, 2 min walk to via Duomo street which has restaurants, bars and shops. Marco was very helpful and available at any time by call or text. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning.
The AC only worked while you were in the room. It was operated by a key that was with the apartment key so couldn't be left in the room when you were out. The room never cooled down.

Marco is a very nice guy, but he cannot solve everything… Breakfast was never possible in our appartment due to circumstances, but in the pasticeria at the other side of the street where we only got ‘1 food, 1 drink’ for each of us :-( … so, very much different compared with what we expected….

Marco was very communicative and helpful.
Location was very close to shopping and a train station.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was great having the mini kitchen and clothes washer.
We would have liked a microwave.
You could hear the street noise very well from inside.

Really spacious apartment, great breakfast and exceptionaly welcoming hosts. I would definitely recommend this accommodation :)
The main double bed was making noise whenever we just turned around in - quite hard to get good night sleep

Didn't like the area we were in and it felt unsafe in my opinion.
The entrance of the building was unsafe but once inside the fortress , it was really nice!
