We had a wonderful stay at Napoliamo Guest House. Mario was an exceptional host, very welcoming, helpful and always available if we needed anything. The location was great and allowed us to reach many places on foot. Mario also gave us a very helpful overview with a map, including recommendations on where to go, what to see and where to eat, which made exploring Naples much easier.
In the morning he kindly offered coffee and pastries at no extra cost, a thoughtful gesture that really showed his hospitality. The room was comfortable and very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided every day. The entire staff was friendly, smiling and created a positive atmosphere throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and Mario always replied quickly whenever we contacted him.
We felt very welcome and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples.

Lovely little place in a terrific location to explore Napoli. Mario and his team are very helpful and friendly. Mario greeted me with a map of the city and excellent recommendations for food and touring that I used throughout my stay. Based on its rating, I expected Napoliamo Guest House to be great, but it exceeded even those expectations. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it!

Mario was the best a host could be. Great location. Quiet at night but near everything. Plus it had an AC! We keep it cold in the house at night so we slept like babies.

Mario truly made the difference! He’s helpful and attentive and will do everything in his power to make your stay great. He answered any questions I had promptly on Whatsapp. The room was clean, AC worked great, and the bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect and the staff were friendly. Tiziana and Mario were very responsive and provided excellent recommendations on restaurants and where to go for New Year’s eve. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The croissants for breakfast were tasty! The guesthouse is easy to find, and there is a great gelato shop next door.

The room had a nice little balcony. It was spotless clean! The room also had 18-foot ceilings, which were very impressive. Further, the temperature adjustments worked well despite the tall ceilings.
The elevator is a bit old-fashioned, but that is one of the many charms of this historic area.

The location is very convenient -- close to subway station and in walking distance to the old town attractions. Mario was super proactive, contacting me on whatsapp before my arrival, to share the transportation options to the Guest House. He also gave us a map, with his recommended restaurants which was very helpful. Tiaziana is friendly and pleasant, and I thought her hand drawing name tag on my luggage ( I left my luggage at the front desk for a few hours after checking out) is super cute and lovely. I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend it!

Mario and his entire staff were very friendly, helpful, available and kind. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and obtained a taxi for us to the airport. The rooms were large, clean and comfy. The location is perfect. It is easy to walk around the historic center, take the metro to the more elevated areas of the city, or take a train to another Italian city. We highly recommend Napoliamo Guesthouse!

Large, comfortable and clean room. It’s located within walking distance to many attractions and just steps away from the L1 metro. Mario and Tiziana made the check in/out process easy and they have plenty of recommendations of places to eat in Napoli! I would stay there again without hesitation.
